Front end = better to get a Job
Regardless of degree bootcamp or self taught
Backend = to work in big companies and large scale enterprise corporate world must have experience and CS degrees and certifications

A lot of places what developers who are equally skilled in both frontend and backend development. For monitoring we have a system doing this and it throws out a PagerDuty alert when issues are seen.

Should have added we use Angular/Typescript for our FE and do not have dedicated mobile development. We can then maintain the code and do updates more easily when compared to trying to do iOS or Android development.
