Is that 'encyclopedia of jazz ltd'? I was told a fake/songbook called that but couldn't find results
The original Encyclopedia of Jazz by Leonard Feather was published in 1956/Bonanza Books/Crown Publishers. There were a number of updated editions, the original had a distinctive red cover. I see one of the early editions at abebooks.com. There have been other books with the same or similar titles by other authors. Monk
41 minute what book?
The book was called "The Encyclopedia of Jazz" and was written by her father, Leonard Feather, in the 60s. It included bios and photos of prominent jazz musicians of the day, both living and deceased. This was the definitive book of its day.
