I started investing about ginkgo biloba and most of the meta studies I found were only on whether it can help Alzheimer or dementia in elderly people. The results are rather controversial. Do you have scientific proof about the enhancements coming to a healthy person through the regular use of a concentrated amount of ginkgo biloba other than that of a placebo? I’m happy to hear from you.

I work night shift, my plan is to go to day shift as soon as I can. It's very difficult to start a routine when you are switching back and forth all the time. Plus, night shift is terrible for you.
Yes, it's an excellent idea to take a shower after exercise. A cold shower will be great after your workout. If you're doing intense or strength workouts, try hot-cold alternating baths
