I always assumed you HAD to kill the generals. Has it always been true that you can just "Press Forward" right on past them so long as they've been downed?
@@tsjontebanana_archive Wow! I guess I always just had tunnel vision during the boss fights. I'm designing a RetroAchievements set for this currently, and I initially couldn't think of too many things to do outside of standard progression and "collecting X amount of Y" style challenges, but "pacifism" against the bosses is also a fun thing to have in there. If you have any ideas that you think I may be overlooking, then please let me know; I want the set to show off as much as possible for such a unique game.

Knocking them down certainly helps, but none of them need to be defeated to win. Press forward just works. I'll eventually work on an All Boss%.
