Excellent performance that shows how beautiful Boccherini's music is.
Madre mia che musica del Boccherini affascinante e magnifica nella sua epoca e anche nella nostra!il Fandango è un opera d'arte grandiosa.grandi è un onore sentirvi!!
This is so so very good! Boccherini is such an excellent and underknown composer, evidenced in this piece. And this is hands down the best performance I have found. Exquisitely good music all around!
The movie "Master and Commander" brought Boccherini to many people's attention.
iedere dag luister en kijk ik ,naar deze prachtige klanken het geeft rust en vrede
Congratulations, it is a pleasure to see and hear so much talent, so much musicality , so much passion, and such a complicity between the musicians. In addition, the quality of the recording is stunning. If I could like the video ten times, I would do it.
So nice of you to say! Thank you very much :)

I love how the cello was used thought the music.
Boccerini was a brilliant cellist from Lucca Italy ❤
For reasons that I do not understand, most of the recordings of especially the fandango quintet suffer from the strings being played "dull" (as opposed to bright, in other words played just off the bottom of the notes.) With Boccherini especially this is simply wrong. His pieces are so buoyant and joyful, if not played exactly on the note they must be played "bright".
This is I think the 6th recording I tried, and the FIRST to render the notes acceptably.
Beyond that, the performance is a joy to listen to, and renders Boccherini they way it ought to be rendered.
Well done.
a juy but with reservations - poor you. It is a pure joy
Muhteşem
Superb performance of the guitar quintet. However, it must be said, unlike so many [pieces with a 'prominent' instrument. It is not a guitar quintet. It is a quintet of which one of the instruments is a quitar.
I think movements 1 and 2 are swapped, in this recoding.
Yes, that's how was at the concert 😉
@@ArtofSoundAndVision I really love your peice!
