why the hell dont you people show whole of the houses ..the two hosts are doing great but i think the camera is always focused on them and they are not showing all of the property....please show us all
Hey, awesome video! It would be even better if they were a bit longer, so we could really see the whole house! I think 15minutes would be just perfect :D
Really like the hosts/intros/transitions...just wished when touring the properties it shows more footage of the actual apartment without anyone in the shot.
I swear Ryan has already showcased the second property in Million Dollar Listing!! I remember the black and white bespoke splashbacks in the kitchen and the corridor closet
This is soooo hard! Each have their pros and cons I think that both are amazing but it really comes down to your lifestyle and what you are interested in. At the end of the day yes that is your home but most likely you’ll be spending more time out in your neighborhood. As much as I like that Soho view and being up so high. The UES townhome feels like home to me, it has a cozier homier feeling. However I can definitely picture romantic nights on that Soho upper terrace view. Glass of wine or beers with a special someone ❤️🙏🏽
Adore Brian’s home this week the outdoor wall I’d paint white for a rustic outdoor cinema who needs fancy screen when u have that back door it’s lovely just to be unassuming and natural. Brads reminds me of the old bbc building in London they renovated into penthouses it seems awful office like just not feeling it. Although the bathroom is lovely.
Love this show the best!! These two are so great. The music in the final footage of the UES house was.... weird 😂 made it feel awkward. But the rest was awesome 🙌🙌🙌
I feel like we didn't get to enjoy the bedroom. Never got a wide shot of it . Just saw a portion of the closet and a piece of the bed. Aside from not getting to see more of the property it's a great show.
I love the UES because it has all those trees and is close to Central Park, but I like the look of the SoHo place better. What a dilemma ... ifI had $8 million, that is 😅
“you don’t cheers with an empty glass, it’s bad luck” right after that “lets open one of the bottles, owner won’t notice it, he has hundreds of bottles”
I don't get why townhouses in upper east side are so expensive the central part of the houses are so dark I would much rather have a luminous smaller appartement than a huge dim house
All those flats look so never used, like new. Probably never ever anyone was really in there but just wanted to spend their money and feel good, and make more money a few years later, as this is what rich people do. Show off and money on their minds.
I’ve always wondered, how do people living in townhouses feel safe? Lmao I mean no offense but nyc is FULL of crime everywhere and you are only 4 feet away from the actual street…
Sorry, but i'm going to be quite honest. They were both dressed like they just were drinking mimosas at Brunch? The tour in both locations was very lacking in details. Where in the HELL did you find these dudes? Oh wait, at Brunch, right? Very discouraging and off-kilter energy. They should go back and just lounge as they were. In a very competitive City and housing market like NYC, i'm certain you can find much more dedicated souls to the cause of actually showing two listings. The entire episode left me with very little to be desired. You can do much better than these dudes! Sincerely...
Where are the rest of the Village people hobbits? This should be much more about the properties rather than the distractions of tiresome inane banter and non jokes
why the hell dont you people show whole of the houses ..the two hosts are doing great but i think the camera is always focused on them and they are not showing all of the property....please show us all
agreed
I thought the same thing watching it. The host are ok and I certainly didn't come here to stare at them. More house less host.
Hey, I MADE IT INTO AN EPISODE!!
Yes. Because you had to motivate employees
i miss yiour tures of apartments and mancions
Hey, awesome video! It would be even better if they were a bit longer, so we could really see the whole house! I think 15minutes would be just perfect :D
Ryan you already showed 505 before.... MARKETING TACTIC!!!!!!!!!
The host are ok and I certainly didn't come here to stare at them, the majority of the video is about them. More house less host.
Like these guys alot and their energy. Just wish they showed more of the boroughand whats around than just the house tour
Really like the hosts/intros/transitions...just wished when touring the properties it shows more footage of the actual apartment without anyone in the shot.
I love SOHO. But that Upper East TH was balling out of control. Sick!!! The floors...brand new...that marble backsplash!!
Yes, RYAN's in this one, so HYPED!!
This show is so underrated
Wow, this is my favorite episode so far!!!!!
I swear Ryan has already showcased the second property in Million Dollar Listing!! I remember the black and white bespoke splashbacks in the kitchen and the corridor closet
Exactly what we wanted. A more detailed tour. Well done guys.
0:00 - Intro - Borough Brokers - (Special Guest: Ryan Serhant)
1:07 - SOHO
6:54 - Upper East Side
12:56 - Outro
Doing gods work
I feel like the courtyard/backyard in the townhouse was such a wasted opportunity, the landscaping could be so much better. It needs the Manscapers!
This is GREAT!! Loved the edits, loved how well you showed the spaces. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love the 1st one
That town house! 😍 That might be my fav home to date. I love every one of those fire places. The town house gets my vote!
This is soooo hard! Each have their pros and cons

Upper East side by far great episode guys looking forward to the next!

I wish they come back miss brad and Brian❤️
Thanks for the video! Just a quick remark - seems that the floor in the townhouse is herringbone, not chevron🙂
Really love these videos! The hosts are great & the editing is the best!
I love the UES because it has all those trees and is close to Central Park, but I like the look of the SoHo place better. What a dilemma ... ifI had $8 million, that is 😅
Who else thought, that Brad was going to bang his head at 4:12? 😅
Haha yes I held my breath for a second!!
That gave me anxiety, mostly because I’m tall and know what that feels like
Yeah that was close
i’m in love with the ues
“you don’t cheers with an empty glass, it’s bad luck”
right after that
“lets open one of the bottles, owner won’t notice it, he has hundreds of bottles”
Wow, love you guys ❤️
Thinking about coming back to NYC
Good going Ryan love these
Beautiful places but the views are underwhelming. I expect more of a wow factor for $8,000,000
Warming tray is for warm cups / saucers. Not for keeping drinks warm.
There's so much to do in SOHO!!!!
Upper East Side on this one for sure!!!
It would have been nice to see all the rooms and the inside of the closets in both properties.
That view in the kitchen though... 😂
I like both.. but hated both staircases.. outside space was too dope
The open doors at 9:42 are just inviting giant rats to get into the apartment.
I don't get why townhouses in upper east side are so expensive the central part of the houses are so dark I would much rather have a luminous smaller appartement than a huge dim house
why is there a window in the kitchen if im looking at a wall
Upper East side for sureee
I need the theme music so I can add it to my Spotify please!
The warming drawer is for the cups. Espresso needs to be drunk immediately.
It should be one host per house trying to convince us why there's is better. And more b-roll of the house.
if Jake Peralta was a real estate agent.
Best Bagel & Coffee has the Best Bagels in Manhattan. 35th between 7th & 8th
I guess they will have to lower the prices soon to start bringing people back to the city
Nice houses but at the town house in Soho, 60% of the windows are looking at another brick wall ..
Ryan and no Puma?! What a treat.
The camera man did a really bad job. He kept focusing on the hosts and completely missed showing the master bedroom of the first house.
UES Townhouse for sure
I guess the closet in townhouse wouldn't be enough for Ryan.
All those flats look so never used, like new. Probably never ever anyone was really in there but just wanted to spend their money and feel good, and make more money a few years later, as this is what rich people do. Show off and money on their minds.
RYAAANNN????♥️😭
They are both over my budget 🤑🤑🤑🤑
Yo whats up fellas
oh wow bothr
r amazing..am so confused
Upper East side !!!!
I liked upper east side more
These homes are only a dream for most people. They are beautiful but face it only for very rich.
Am I too early Ryan?
Could you compared more cheaper apartments)
They've all been bought and the apartments gutted to make one, large, generic overpriced home costing millions of dollars!
Why have I spent the past 4 years watching these videos, when I know I'm still an 18 year old kid that will probably never afford to buy this 😂😂
Loose the moustache too 80,s
Upper east side
A bit chaotic with two hosts. Please show off the houses more than you do the hosts ♥️
This one is particularly grating
7:17 "West 84th Street", yet the listed address says East! haha
Omg can hardly see the apartment at all. Everything just zoomed in on the guys talking and detail shots
The Soho apartment was better decorated . The townhouse's décor is not my style and the courtyard was underwhelming.
Upper east
Of course they don’t tell you that people are leaving in droves from what I understand
UPPER EASTSIDE
UES always
WOOOW
I despise seeing these great, older homes all being gutted and made to look like every other modern apartment. Ugh!
WTF is HOUSETON STREET?
WOW.....
Brad looks young and old at the same time.
The lower eat side
I say this with all the love and respect: I love these idiots
No 2
I’ve always wondered, how do people living in townhouses feel safe? Lmao I mean no offense but nyc is FULL of crime everywhere and you are only 4 feet away from the actual street…
Lóvé sohó ànd brooklyn
The staging looks cheap
Grown ups acting like adolescent slackers.... never gets old for some people...
why'd they give my man BChana such bad music in this video???
Cute.
Why are the two guys cutting off each other when they speak? Maybe doesn’t seem like they have too much chemistry?
love this energy however the wife having all the storage particularly for her "shoes" is superrr sexist
But super true!
Yeah but her and the kids taking the hasbund's name isn't sexist let her take any shit to herself
.
why do they act like they've never been in a house before?
there is something wrong with the asian guy.
Not soho

Over acting much damn
They are very annoying, takes away from viewing the apartment.
yeah and they aren't at all funny, just annoying unrelatable hipsters - need new hosts for next szn
@@australianpatriot 👌
They are literally so annoying. The Asian guy especially tries way too hard to say *something* funny or interesting and falls flat every time
Ughh Ryan Serhant so fake.
Upper east side
