@@ForgingMyLife yeah, i agree. i'm subbed because i like ryan serhant and i like new york apartments (cash jordan what what!!) but this channel doesn't seem to have the same love put into it as the other ones. its pretty obvious these guys are just in the videos because ryan is trying to start a media empire, not because they should be the hosts of the show. hopefully who ever is running this channel can find some better personalities once it gets big enough.
@@joeryan5587 Totally. This=forced. New hosts? Better formula? Better format? Not sure, just know that I can't watch this as it seems like a train wreck.
The Manhattan neighborhood is crazy nice...but as usual you get more for your money in Brooklyn...it depends on if you spend more time inside or outside I guess...I love Brooklyn, so I'd still take the Brooklyn crib with the 700 sq ft terrace.
I would say (editing wise) the frame doesn’t have to always be at the guys, you can have the guys talk and show frames of the apartments interiors or exteriors as they describe them. Tbh I didnt really understood the layout of the Brooklyn house since it was so focused on the two guys. Since it’s a video focused on the two houses I would have loved to see more frames and angles of the different rooms
I thought I was going to watch what made the UES apt special and yet it cut to the Brooklyn property. A missed opportunity to follow up with what you said you were going to do vs. editing
I was rooting for Brooklyn but UES won. The BK property wasn't laid out as well nor was it decorated or furnished as nicely. Both have great locations but being close to museum mile is cooler than being close to Flatbush ave
BROOOOOKLYN!!! The views man! Side note, if you can show us a little bit more of the outside/surrounding would be great. I wish you way more subscribers guys!
Pre-Covid I would have said I preferred the Upper East Side but post-Covid, space is way more important. However the only thing that could sway me toward the smaller property would be lack of amenities near the Brooklyn one. I like to have everything I need close by
As a Brooklyn Native i am going with Brooklyn, it's the place to be, but and i say but, living by the MET is something else, just a very nice area, that alone is just a massive plus. However for 5 million, i could get a better place than both those two spots shown. I could get a nice spot in Parkslope, maybe a brownstone and gut the whole thing and still have a million and change in the bank and if we are talking Penthouse, could get a nice Brooklyn heights Penthouse over looking the water for about 4.5 and use the other 500k for my kids tuition and Phillips Andover.
Why wouldn’t there be any Nets fans out there? I’m sure everybody in New York would rather see KD & Kyrie compete for a championship instead of watching the Knicks fail again.
The Brooklyn place is way better. The upper East side always way over priced. Now if the penthouse in Brooklyn only has one bedroom it's a waste of money. The penthouse does feel Hollow need some remodeling but it does have potential if it has more than one bedroom
Staging in second apartment is bad, furniture looks cheep and small, lack of style and decorating for that price! It could have been presented so much better.
A. why were the ceiling so damn low in Manhattan place??? Isn't it a new build? I pass by it all the time and always thought it was like a medical office cuz of office-like windows and low ceilings (and, by the way, it's not in a prestigious area of UES). That BK place with 12 foot ceilings is so much better! B. These two guys are legit funny. Bravo should put them in their show.
Oh no the editing went a bit wonky we didn’t see what was promised we just jumped to 2nd property. That’s a pity. No outdoor space in 2nd property either. From what I saw I’d go with brads property. Brian’s had a annoying “flaw” in kitchen for the $5m and that view I’d want sink over by window.... yes I know I sounds silly but maybe it a culture thing but typically in U.K. a sink is near a window if it’s not in a island. It just seemed a bit random where it was.
I wish we could have seen the outdoor space in the second listing. But, it's the home I really like. I love the location of the first place, but did not are for the home itself. I would go with the second place.
Nice video !
Should have shown the outside terrace,.
I usually prefer Brooklyn but Manhattan wins. That apartment near the park and the Met is just too much all in one place
How does your channel not have 1 million subs yet! So underrated soon it will starting booming! Great video btw
Um...because it's crap.

Why don't they ever show the outdoor space?
They expect people to know the neighborhood based on the address
I'm definitely feeling the Upper East Side 👍🏽👍🏽
Favorite series

Love this series ❤️
Upper east side apartment. Location, Location, and Location!
I didn’t realize these guys were married cool
brooklyn
Can you do cheaper one that everybody can afford, you can do the cheapest to cheaper 🤔.
Vote for Manhattan
Brooklyn apart with the decor of the one in Upper East Side
Wait, how about Queens? We exist too...
Brooklyn
I have 3$
Why does brad constantly try to roast brian?
why isn't a single joke funny =[
Brooklyn won!
had to watch on mute.
That first flat! 👌😩💦

It's their egos filming
was gonna say, this isnt a slave auction
Brooklyn
I think you should make your videos two and a half to five minutes longer and show more of the properties. You didn't even show the terrace.
We need more details!! Awesome series, awesome hosts, but really we would like to see the whole house, maybe a floorplan, and definitely the terrace!
I like Manhattan but in this video I love the Brooklyn apartment ❤️
And next time I wanna see 3 in a million
I thought I was going to watch what made the UES apt special and yet it cut to the Brooklyn property. A missed opportunity to follow up with what you said you were going to do vs. editing
I’d definitely take the apartment in Brooklyn, more space and it’s a penthouse duh!!!!!!!
Small editing mistake, it’s 82nd street not 22nd street.
I LOVE the Brooklyn apartment. It is beautiful and elegant. The upper east side is gorgeous but I like the view of Manhattan from Brooklyn.
we wouldn’t mind slightly longer videos so we can see the whole apartment! some parts were missing it feels like
Brooklyn all day
BROOOOOOOOOOKKLLLLYYYNNNN
Amenities like gym, parking etc bk
I was rooting for Brooklyn but UES won. The BK property wasn't laid out as well nor was it decorated or furnished as nicely. Both have great locations but being close to museum mile is cooler than being close to Flatbush ave
I like 3 in a million much better
yeah me too. But this is good entertainment as well.
Tooo much talkin / not enough apartment
BROOOOOKLYN!!! The views man!
Side note, if you can show us a little bit more of the outside/surrounding would be great.
I wish you way more subscribers guys!
Both are nice but the Brooklyn one is much better and it feels like you get more for your buck.
I like " Manhattan, " I used to live on 5th & Madison, "....
From " Harlem & The Bronx, "...
Pre-Covid I would have said I preferred the Upper East Side but post-Covid, space is way more important. However the only thing that could sway me toward the smaller property would be lack of amenities near the Brooklyn one. I like to have everything I need close by
OMG! The Brooklyn apartment is amazing! The humongous outdoor space, oh wow, it's incredible!
I love these guys! Haha
Serhant media killing it. It's only a matter of time that this channel will have 1M subs
Brooklyn actually would win this... those windows...if there was a super tube to Manhattan from the elevator. Yes definitely! 🤣

Okay I think brooklyn wins. Manhattan’s bathroom is something else, but that view can’t be beat
East 22nd street is not the upper east side. Not even close, not near the park nor museum mile. Maybe the address is wrong.
If you can afford a 5million home as the man in the relationship best believe you’d never be in the “dog house”
Also one of the presenters eyes are way to close together to have a moustache....looks like he has the intellect of forest gump.....
I really dont get why they didn`t show the terrace. Its my favourite part. :(
Brooklyn PH hands down
i would've liked to see a floor plan of both of them
For just Brad, Brad wins this time.
I love the light in the second apartment. I love how the bath fixtures a off centre at the head of the bath. Its beautiful
brooklyn!!
Did they really skip showing the terrace???
I'll take Brooklyn for the terrace and the view.
rude. Yes, Staten Island is a borough.
I’m more of a loft guy so Loft wins.
BChan always jumping on the nicely made bed 😂
Brooklyn, hands down
Everyone doesn’t want to live in Manhattan 😒
Confused on how to describe a wet bathroom?
The Brooklyn penthouse was incredible
I hate to say it but the Brooklyn one was better
Im mad he didn’t even mention the Bronx.

Never seen the outside of the second
Interesting video and real estate, well shot, but man the chemistry between these two guys is just non existent
Brooklyn wins me in this the light and the window aghh!!abouslatly love it and there more privacy than Manhattan apartment
I wish we could have seen the outdoor space in the second listing. But, it's the home I really like. I love the location of the first place, but did not are for the home itself. I would go with the second place.
Looking nice.
Affluential?
B chan wins, that first place just looked to much like an office building or something.
Brooklyn
Brooklyn

Should’ve also said brads for the win due to museum mile. Was gonna be hard to beat.
