I’m loving the gunplay and damage model, bullets feel weighty and impactful - enemies react to getting hit and it seems like there’s a physics model! Nice meaty gun sounds too! Ubisoft do a lot of canned death animations and it kills any sense of impact in a lot of their games. But this game looks great!
If I were to get this game, I wouldn't play it like GTA . The chaotic gameplay doesn't fit to me and I think it is more suited to playing it straight and exploring all the ways to take down the system. I really like the recruitment system and all the hacking.
Fun fact: The Adversary at 8:58 is the man who took the last shot at your operative Sheila. Whenever you see that tag, it means they took the last shot and arrested, injured or killed one of your operatives.
This game begs to be played with perma-death on. It's going to add a whole other layer to the game once you find an operative with all the right skills or just a great NPC. I wonder how it plays in the open world. As it stands when you drive over people they are listed as injured and they start to dislike dedsec.
yeah perma death is one of the reasons i am wanting to play this game it will be much more exciting doing missions with a good character you will lose if the character dies

Ubisoft needs to work on their recruiting system and offer us a semi-hardcore mode, where dead team members can be replaced. Other than that, this game is 10/10 masterpiece.
I think i'm going to activate permadeath also, so we can have some challenge while playing and play with the characters wisefully (you know your character isn't going to respawn 10 sec later) :p

I love how theres basically a popularity system where depending on how much collateral damage you cause people can end up hating you and it'll be extremely hard to recruit anyone that isn't crazy. Your deadsec can basically be a terrorist group of crazy hitmen and gangsters. It can be a bunch of the most mundane motherfuckers like Karen from accounting or officer Dan the slightly overweight cop. At the very least this game has the potential to start a trend of stuff like this where you make you're own group. I'm probably gonna have some regular ass people go against the main villains so it's funny as hell to hear Kelly threaten Margaret Thatcher.

By day I ride cop cars and arrest Clan Kelley members and criminals in uniform, since you can actually hand cuff people, and by night take out Albion members like some sort of bat family. It would be cool if you can teach characters who dont have a lot of skills like gunkata or other abilities.

I wouldnt be able to pick what i wanna hack if the line wasnt there. Especially in police chases when im getting shot at behind cover and i wanna disrupt his ear piece so i can shoot the bastard. Or when i wanna hack a sewer pipe to explode when im being chased by police and wanna slow them down. Ive played without the line and i couldnt tell what i could hack cuz the highlight glow just isnt enough to me. I dont feel like its a distraction. I call it being thoughtful to the players on whats hackable.

Aiden is probaly not in the game since hes 50 or something, but you never know. You can play as a grandma, so maybe also as Aiden.

This game needs more blood. There is no visual confirmation that you did any kind of damage to an enemy...
in gta 5 the traffic would be crazy during a shooting but since the cars are robots they just drive like nothing is happening!
