I think the most proper model of young 'classic' sonic is the one that appeared in sonic the fighters and has been reused by Yu Suzuki in shenmue

I really like Classic Sonic's mods, bring more of them for the people who like Classic Sonic! Not judging Modern Sonic, i like him too but, i like Classic Sonic's design more.

The model was designed from a pose.. that's why the quills are angled like that, not a bad model, hell they can do better than me but from a critical perspective, the quills are kinda a distraction where they are in DIFFERENT ANGLES
Finally my favorite Sonic is getting attention 👉👉
Does this work with the cell shade mod? It bet it would look stylish!
For me, they should’ve gone this route simply because the normal design, though great, loses it’s attitude and becomes more chubby and babyish coming into 3D, whilst this design doesn’t.

@@taxiiswith2is Yeah especially the quills lol, an example of getting them wrong is the Toei Sonic mod for Sonic Adventure where the quills are all up and just look Bad.
Well you guys aren’t thinking. His Quills aren’t supposed to be spiked up like that. His Quills are straight back like normal in the animations. Just from certain angles. The creators of the Model just put NO effort into it whatsoever
