Victor barley did anything wrong though. Victor deserves better to. What victor said to Benji about the drinking was completely rude but Benji went even ruder. He complained about victors issues like he had to experience them daily and completely disregarded how victor has to face these issues like his homophobic mom everyday. Benji was out of line and if he had such a problem being with victor because of his problems then that’s on Benji for not saying something not victor.
No victor is the actually understanding person when benji told him about his alcoholic thing he understood and stayed by his side also he came out to the hole school for him hes not playing the victim he has problems to and also benjim ask him for a break...i understand back then when he said his secret it was the biggest mistake...but l love them both anyway lolll

I just don’t like how the writers are trying to make us fell bad for being upset with some of Victor’s decisions. I feel like they are trying to make him this perfect character. Heck, first season Victor had some anger issues but that was kind of completely forgotten about this season. I understand he is the main character but audiences like to see people who make mistakes and try to fix them. I am not saying Benji was perfect but he apologized numerous time in the season. Victor I don’t think even thinks he did anything wrong.
Really if victor ends up with rahim, their riddance of venji will be the cheapest thing ever. Benji has been plainly perfect and then the moment he finally shows complexity in his character, he's painted as the toxic guy.

Overall I don’t think Ben did much wrong … he definitely a “been there seen that” kind of person since he been out for awhile … vic wanted him to he JUST AS shocked every time he told him something like no baby

i mean victor was actually in the wrong when him and benji last fought. He shouldn't've told Rahim about it. They try to make victor the perfect character but, just like you said, he was wrong for telling Rahim about Benji and Benji was ready to apologize again and he just walked in on his boyfriend slow dancing with someone else, having a moment with that person, and his world just shuttered in front of him. I think Rahim will be behind the door cause victor said hey in a very cutish (I don't think this is a word but anyways) way and just after he fought with his boyfriend I don't think he would be greating him that way. In my opinion in venji they've both been wrong many but Benji I'd the one that apologizes most of the time so I just believe it's unfair for Benji to be hurt that way again

I mean cmon tho rahim character is literally just in this storyline to cause drama, they are endgame. His character is so random and it’s all so fast paced, for it not to be just that, to split them up and cause drama for them to just get back together in the end. He might be behind that door but venji is definitely endgame. The whole show is around them (victor) but definitely Benji to and he’s getting a deeper storyline as we saw towards the end.

I feel like I'm gonna get bashed for this, but Benji didn't have much personality other than being a plain love interest. S2 did a lot more for him but the they just didn't set it up right.
From a writer's perspective, there was barely any chemistry or buildup with them. It was forced. Rehim is so much natural
lolz ik how you feel i like rahim much better, rahim was def more open and willing to be there. ofc, every relationship has its flaws, but after season two, i just really started to lose my respect for benji as a character. i am very close to the Church, myself and support lgbtq overall, but it def takes time to adapt to those things and benji wanted isabel to get used to those changes far too quickly. plus, benji didnt even give isabel the credit for actually trying to see victor’s side. so yea, in the end i like rahim much better because i think that it would be interesting to see with a his family sees dating like, because ik muslims don’t do dating, and i’m curious too see how it plays out if victor does choose rahim because there are literally so many signs that he may chose rahim anyways. lol.
ik, every time Victor would get upset Benji would always say something like “why didn’t you tell me” after getting angry. Sorry this is kinda late 😂
They are building his storyline, I’m sure we are gonna ever get more into it next season cause I have a feeling benji is gonna relapse.

I love Victor and all but he kinda always made it seem like it was Benji’s fault and then when he brought Rahim in it he didn’t take the blame for telling Benji’s business. If he chooses benji then he chooses him but I hope it’s Rahim he excepted him and they shared the same story and chemistry they look perfect together if you really look at it.
