- Bilateral Zygomatic Arches (SMV Facial Bones): Neck should be hyperextended hyperextended with IOML parallel to image receptor. Horizontal beam with central ray 1" posterior to outer canthus at midsagittal plane. Collimate to arches. Thanks to Jerre Erwin and George Hutti for their collaboration in this video!
