Athletic Club is one of my favourite ever saves on FM. I played 20 seasons with them and it was just immensely fun developing players.
It’s a very fun, tough challenge!
You can actually sign any Spanish player under the age of 18. Any Spaniard signed when they’re 18 or younger automatically gain Basque nationality, in FM, so it’s not as hard as you’d think

@@KempiXI it’s either 18 or younger or 17 or younger. I done it on FM23 and it took me 5 seasons to figure that out 😂
Actually, it's under 16. You CAN sign any Spanish player under 16 thus the need of an excellent scouting team. Really glad to see a save I've been playing since FM 07. Cheers!@@leighsymonds3022

The Atletic Bilbao save is hard, but the FC Vaduz save is harder imo

@@KempiXI FC Vaduz is a team from Lichtenstein that plays in the second tier of Switzerland. FC Vaduz can't get European football through the Swiss League, but Lichtenstein has it's own cup that they can get conference league football with, so you have to win the conference league and europa league to get champions league football

For me as I went to scouting, clicked nationality and basque was up the top with Spain 😊
You wont see it with every club either. FYI. Only certain clubs in the Basque region

clear entire team selection from the quick pick menu, pick only the players you want to lock in and while going on holiday select use current team selection whenever possible
