I love how many copies of Alice you have. I collect copies of The Lightning Thief. I get a new one whenever I visit a new country, in that country's native language.
When I was 12 I was so depressed. I would cut and starve myself. But then one day I came across book tube. One girl (aboookatopia) was talking about the Selection series. I went to Barnes and Noble that day and bought it. I fell in love with reading. I would read every minute of every day. I stopped cutting. I started being happy again. I'm currently in my second year of high school. Books saved my life. I'll never stop reading. Stay bold😘
I'm so glad that I've found your channel. Honestly I'm not a huge reader of books that are apart from my study books, but I really want to develop an interest in reading! I've read a very few books and enjoyed the experience. I hope I become an avid reader some day. Subscribed :)
I just did one last year! I don't think I've read enough yet to update it, but once I have I definitely will do an updated one. Here's the old one: ua-cam.com/video/5qJhx9GTKSY/v-deo.html
Good luck with your classes! English classes were always my favorite in college (I was an English Education major)! I also have a copy of The Sun is Also a Star and I am so excited to read it! I LOVED Everything Everything and hope I enjoy her new one! I just started Throne of Glass yesterday (I know, I'm so late) and I'm really enjoying it so far and hope to read them all before the end of the year. I love her ACOTAR series, so I have high hopes for her other books! I hope you enjoy all you got!!
You should read Holly Bourne's 'Am I Normal Yet?' it follows the life of a girl with OCD and Anxiety and deals with her struggles in life. I have both OCD and Anxiety and I related to it so much and I think it is a very good portrayal of living with mental illnesses. I love your bookshelves and videos by the way!
I just recently got the box set for Percy Jackson, and hopefully, I will actually like it. And I am also really excited for The Tales of the Peculiar, and also the illustrated version of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets!! And I am also currently reading Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children!! I am also loving Funko Pops too and I also have a lot of them as well. I have about 14 of them! Hahahaha.
You really shouldn't care that much about the negative comments. So you misslabeled something, or mentioned pictures and not show them, who the eff cares? You're awesome, and I love your videos, keep it up girl! Kisses!
Thank you! I try not to it's just very frustrating when I work so hard on something and get negative feedback. But the positive does always outweigh the negative, so there is a bright side to focus on 💜
Looking forward to your required reading list! I'm always intrigued to see what people are required to read for classes, as I never had to do any for my own classes in school. (That edition of The Secret Garden is one of my faves!) I also loved seeing your new Pops! So cute, especially the French bulldog :)
I'm so angry at what they have done to Miss Peregrine's Home. My friend and I have had many discussions on what is wrong with it. Ughhhhh why can't they just stick to the book.
AHHH I LOVE A CHRISTMAS CAROL. You're going to love it! I'm not a huge fan of classics at all but there are a few that I have loved like Julius Caesar, Lord of the Flies, The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings, and A Christmas Carol.
Great haul. I'm still debating if I want Furthermore. Im current reading Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children in anticipation of the movie. So Tales of the Peculiar sound great too! I'm definitely getting Empire Of Storm and I haven't even gotten through the Throne of Glass series all the way. I couldn't work in the bookstore. I would feel like you might as well take 40% automatically for books lol
The Phillippa Gregory books are really good, but can be very time consuming! I have read the first two in both her Cousin's War series and the Tudor's series, and although they are my favorite historical fictions, they are somewhat lacking in plot - reads more like a history textbook, primary docs, etc. Would definintely recommend trying to split them up, or read smaller books in-between! Also, please do a POP figure collection video, you have such unique ones! Oh, and I love your shirt, super cute!
Your hair always looks so amazing!! Not sure if you've ever gotten this but I feel like you kind of look like Hailee Steinfeld!!! The Sun Is Also A Star sounds so interesting! Loved your book haul!! :)
I just purchased the constant princess yesterday (my first Phillippa Gregory book and for the same reason that it's first chronologically). Would love to hear your thoughts when you're finished - I probably will not get to mine for a while yet but I'm hoping it's good.
Great haul. I can't wait to get my hands on The Sun is also a Star. I recently finished reading furthermore and I really enjoyed it. Mafi Slays in whatever she does.
Okay I was watching this and you were talking about Tahereh Mafi and you said RANSOM RIGGS WAS HER HUSBAND and now I'm just staring at my screen like "um how the heck did I not know this?!" ...
I like your bookshelf, books, and this video! I'm trying to read Alice in Wonderland right now, but the covers of your versions look way better than mine!
I would say it's a modern classic, but a classic nonetheless. 😊 I have heard that it's really good, but haven't managed to get my hands on a copy of it.
Your videos are so interesting and nice to watch. I am quite addicted to them :) I am from Italy and I always look on the internet for the books you mention to see if they are translated or not and in any case my wishlist is getting bigger and bigger any video I watch. So thank you :))
I read Robinson Crusoe years ago and the beginning was so boring... Maybe because I'm not really into sailing :P But once he finally gets on the island it was pretty interesting! I'm reading Empire of Storms and I'm loving it so much :D Furthermore was really cool but the writing style was a bit of a challenging thing to get into for me xD
hey I know your probably very busy and have so many books to read, but sometime in the future it would be nice if you could read a book called 'Stella'. Its a really twisted book that took me by surprise as I didn't expect it to be so dark because the blurb makes it look like some cheesy teen movie. I loved it because it surprised me and if you do happen to read it you have to trust me and you truly will be surprised.
I just discovered your channel and I'm loving it! Actually, you're the first booktuber I've ever watched, and you've introduced me to a whole new world of videos. I was wondering if you've read the Tomorrow, When The War Began series by John Marsden? It's one of those books that we all read in highschool here in Australia & it's a seriously amazing series, I think you would like it :)
If you guys love romance books check out The infinity + one it is one of the best books I've ever read. There is also the Perfect Chemistry trilogie it is amazing.
Great video! I have read The Secret Garden, Treasure Island, A Christmas Carol and Oliver Twist. They are all great! *.* If you liked A little princess, Anne of Green Gables and The secret Garden, I would definitly recomend Pollyanna. :)
I was so excited for this when I saw the stack in the thumbnail 😂 I just want to thank you, I was in a slump and found your channel and I have been reading non stop again since I gave a court of thorns and roses a shot thanks to your reccommendation 😊😊
I remember the first day when I was at my dads house after we got another German Shepard and a black lab. I left my book on the kitchen counter because our other two German Shepards are well behaved. Ted wasn't. He ripped half of the pages from the middle of the book, there's teeth marks all over the spine and cover. Half of front cover was ripped off and there was holes in the bottom corner in the back. I'd be lucky if I found -0 full pages without a rip or tear.Don't get me wrong Ted's a sweet dog and still only a little over a year so he still has some puppy playfulness and I love him to bits but I still feel sad when I see my first copy of paper towns.
I adore Alice in Wonderland too. I totally think you should read Insanity: Mad in Wonderland by Carmeron Jace. It's my favourite series and it makes me so sad that so few people have heard of it!!!
I LOVE the secret garden movie! I bet the book is awesome! The sun is also a star was AMAZING! I've thought about picking up the pink edition of Alice in wonderland forever. It's so gorgeous. I need to pick up ps. I like you! I love all of kasie west books! I hate to hear you didn't enjoy it!
Do you shop from bookoutlet.com or .ca? I ordered from .com when I was in the U.S. completing grad school, and now that I'm home I've debated ordering from the .ca site but they don't seem to have the same selection and I worry about shipping costs. I also have 15 Funko Pop figures, plus two Pop key chains and 2 mystery minis!
I just stumbled across your channel and I love it!! Your videos are so easy to watch and pretty! I'm hoping to start my own soon (I've run a bookstagram account for several years). Do you have any advice for me when I do? Anything would be appreciated! Thanks heaps, Chloe.
P.S. I Like You was definitely the weakest of Kasie West's contemporary novels :( Personally, I liked the fill-in boyfriend best so you should give that a try maybe! And I am very wary of The Thousandth Floor, I'm afraid it'll be too shallow for my tastes, so let us know what you thought as soon as you finish reading it!

How do you do your hair? Is it all natural both color and waves? Most booktubers I watch have great hair (it probably has to do with books filling their brains with glitter and flowers) and it's frastrating that you don't do beauty videos, not even beauty 30seconds intros haha
i'm so scared to watch miss peregrine's home for peculiar children film bc I don't want it to be like percy jackson or eragon where they changed too much of the plot in the movie. I Do apologize for this comment as this video was made a month ago but where did you buy the English penguin edition books and where did you buy that shirt?? :)
I love how many copies of Alice you have.
I collect copies of The Lightning Thief. I get a new one whenever I visit a new country, in that country's native language.
That is such a beautiful idea!!

I'm glad you were able to find happiness! Always stay strong!

+Danae Pongracz I love that book, was the first one that had me crying my eyes out ❤

I'm so angry at what they have done to Miss Peregrine's Home. My friend and I have had many discussions on what is wrong with it. Ughhhhh why can't they just stick to the book.
So true. They could have kept at least the characters (sorry for my english, I am french and too tired to care about my horrible english)
I definitely would love to see a POP Funko collection video! Keep up the great work!
I would totally love a POP Vinyl collection video!😍
AHHH I LOVE A CHRISTMAS CAROL. You're going to love it! I'm not a huge fan of classics at all but there are a few that I have loved like Julius Caesar, Lord of the Flies, The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings, and A Christmas Carol.

I really don't know why I complain that I don't read enough when all I do is watch book hauls 😂😭
I actually liked A Torch better than Ember In the Ashes. I'm interested to see what you think.
I'm so jealous that you have an arc of The Sun is also a Star. I loved Everything Everything and I'm so excited to read more from Nicola Yoon.
I just purchased the constant princess yesterday (my first Phillippa Gregory book and for the same reason that it's first chronologically). Would love to hear your thoughts when you're finished - I probably will not get to mine for a while yet but I'm hoping it's good.

Your bookshelf is actual goals
I am just getting into historical fiction. Great video! Any recommendations on classics? I want to start reading them.
I read Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen earlier this year and really liked it considering I never read classics.
+The Astonishing Ashley even though its a "different" book..I kinda liked a clockwork orange..is that considered a classic?
I would say it's a modern classic, but a classic nonetheless. 😊 I have heard that it's really good, but haven't managed to get my hands on a copy of it.
Your videos are so interesting and nice to watch. I am quite addicted to them :)
I am from Italy and I always look on the internet for the books you mention to see if they are translated or not and in any case my wishlist is getting bigger and bigger any video I watch. So thank you :))
SO MANY BOOKS! I'm so jealous because I want to work at a book store so bad!!! Great video :)
You deserve so much more subs..And I loveeeee your videos keep going 😍😍❤❤❤😙😙😙
I read Robinson Crusoe years ago and the beginning was so boring... Maybe because I'm not really into sailing :P But once he finally gets on the island it was pretty interesting!
I'm reading Empire of Storms and I'm loving it so much :D
Furthermore was really cool but the writing style was a bit of a challenging thing to get into for me xD
I got this is savage song at the library today!!!! (It was in the fall TBR) I only read the first paragraph and I'm dying.
hey I know your probably very busy and have so many books to read, but sometime in the future it would be nice if you could read a book called 'Stella'. Phillipa Gregorys white queen tv show is sooooo so good and underrated! You neeed to watch it!
Yes I did. I am so excited for it, because I really enjoyed the white queen.
I just discovered your channel and I'm loving it! Actually, you're the first booktuber I've ever watched, and you've introduced me to a whole new world of videos. Can't wait to read Furthermore!!
The fill in boyfriend by Kasie West is really cute !!
I remember the first day when I was at my dads house after we got another German Shepard and a black lab. I left my book on the kitchen counter because our other two German Shepards are well behaved. Your hair and outfit is always on point!
You should read hearts attached if your into romance! I love it💕
I adore Alice in Wonderland too. I totally think you should read Insanity: Mad in Wonderland by Carmeron Jace. It's my favourite series and it makes me so sad that so few people have heard of it!!!
"Fantasmagoria", you said it right! You read it like you write it, like in my lenguage (Italian)

Your hair looks amazing in this video :)
And the video is also great
OMG! Dr. Jekyll and Mr hyde is REALLY good. It will blow up your mind like WHATTTTT.
You should totally do a Pop collection!
Do you shop from bookoutlet.com or .ca? I ordered from .com when I was in the U.S. completing grad school, and now that I'm home I've debated ordering from the .ca site but they don't seem to have the same selection and I worry about shipping costs. Thanks heaps,
Chloe.
A POP collection video would be awesome!
I'm reading a Christmas carol too!!!
I'd love a video on all your funko pops!
your hair looks amazing btw! x
Your hair is so pretty!!!
I would love to see a POP vinyl collection video
I was aproved for a NetGalley arc of The Thousandth Floor and it's really good! I believe I gave it 4/4.5 stars.
Jekyll and Hyde is absolutely brilliant😱
Hailey!! Where do mainly get your pop dolls? Online? In store?
I could tell you got another Alice in wonderland since you had a little smirk
😂 I HAVE A PROBLEM
I´m so excited for tales of the peculiar! And I agree, you can never have enough copies of Alice in Wonderland :D
Hi, I'm new so I don't know if you've already done a book review/video on this series, but since you're such a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, you should definitely take a look at 'The Looking Glass Wars' trilogy (if you haven't already). It's a huge retelling of Alice In Wonderland/Through The Looking Glass, except darker and more action packed. It's an amazing read (^_^)
"The comments were like Armageddon." Ahahaha! So sorry for you, but you are hilarious none the less!
I've read that many issues of Robinson Crusoe are abridged or altered by the various translators. Did your instructor specify a version that is complete or do you know which version is most complete? Thank you!
you should read its kind of a funny story I'm almost done with it I love the character development
could you do Empire of Storms review once you are done reading it?
I am just going to appreciate that you can't even remember what 'The Forgetting' is about. That is so ironic and hilarous.
Once you've read the book, you should watch the movie 'The Other Boleyn Girl' with Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson! I really enjoyed it :) Loved the video xx
The Thousandth Floor is NOT Sci-fi. It does, however, take place 100 years in the future and we've had time to become more technologically advanced. I read the ARC in May.
Futuristic books are scifi, not just stuff that takes place in space and has to do with space travel 😁
+Hails Hearts Nyc Exactly, I was about to say
SciFi doesn't always have space and aliens. It just has futuristic elements.
Never said it had to, I know that author of TTF and she considers it to not be sci-fi.
Okay that's fine, I didn't know what the author thought. If they don't think it's SciFi then it's probably not. SciFi has just become a loose term nowadays for most things set in the future besides dystopians.
Please please read The Killables by Gemma Malley. It is a dystopian based series set in England and I feel you would really enjoy it 😊.
They have already switched olive and emma's peculiarities and olive is too old and fiona is too young and now idk but I'm still hoping as well and just please tim burton don't let us down
What classes are you taking that requires Alice in Wonderland, Treasure Island and the Secret Garden?
Sooooo many Classics ! LIKE IT :D
Can you make us a video about how to analyse an English classic novel ?
I Do apologize for this comment as this video was made a month ago but where did you buy the English penguin edition books and where did you buy that shirt?? :)
Omg I love your hair so much
plss make a video about your pop dolls! xx ps love your videos♥
