What bothers me is nobody seems to care about who the real Emily Throne is. She sacrificed herself to save her loved ones but nobody really seems to care about her.
So this show started strong but it died when they showed her dad was actually alive. This just ruined the premise upon the whole show was built and it just collapsed. After that it turned into a soap.
I recommend the Turkish version “intikam”. You can watch it with english translate. The second season was impressively good and it doesn’t have the same ending as this one. I just finished it, I like happy endings so im little disappointed but i am sure you will love it.😊
I kinda was hoping after we found out he was still alive that he wasn't the good guy Amanda always thought he was and that Victoria had actually been telling the truth, her father wasn't the man she thinks he is, like he was actually part of the conspiracy and they just pinned it all on him as the fall guy or something, and she had to end up taking him down too.
I love that jack was right there with her when she came out about who she was and at the same time she cleared Daniels name and I love that Jack and her father and Nolan with be their for her
Emily and Daniel were Endgame, I'm sorry, bless Jack but he was happy with Amanda, they shouldn't have killed her, Jack should've stayed with Amanda and Emily should've reconciled with Daniel

revenge got boring real quick, any opponent that could give emily a hard time, they got someone to do the dirty work for her, amanda killed frank, her sensei killed tyler, the only delay in her plans was the wedding, but soon she was back in control of every movement of everyone around him, nolan had cameras and microphones up his enemies' asses
I never saw Victoria as the bad guy as seasons progressed. Everything she did was for survival. Nothing was out of hate. She paid for her husband's crimes literally and figuratively. Also when she was younger she was sexual assaulted and that's where she had to do things to get out of that situation (revenge against her mother and hiding her son born out of wedlock).Then the show lost the plot when David was still alive and Emily Completed her revenge. At that point Emily became the bad guy by pursuing people who no longer had an agenda against her. Even Victoria became a better person.
Yes, her mother's boyfriend raped molested her as a child and then her older friend she trusted did the same to her at 15. Only in season 4 when she was so filed with hate for Emily/Amanda that she tried to get Dave to murder her, him not knowing she was his daughter, did I see anything that was really evil in Victoria. that was when I turned against Vicotria. However, I got it as Emily had her put away. Victoria could have been forgiven even for that, but she really went too far though when she exposed Emily's identity to the people after David. Her losing Daniel being the repercussion from that was poetic justice there. I still wish Daniel had not died.
