Poor Colin, he waits so long to get a question directed at him and he ends up with a bit of a strange rant. He handled it very well though. Also great to hear Colin talking about how great doctor who works in audio, a decade before big finish.
PERSONAL OPINION: I think Colin Baker is an underrated Doctor. I'm still a Tom Baker, Jon Pertwee and Patrick Troughton fan but I think Colin Baker deserves more credit. (As time goes on I'm liking Sylvester McCoy more and more.)
OMG! I went to this con! It was the 2nd I ever went to and all my pics didn't come out. Thank you for posting this. I was one of the judges for the costume contest.
Two great Doctors who were overshadowed by the politics and behind-the-scenes drama that were going on around them at the time. Both were brilliant and I actually like them better than some of those "Golden Years" Doctors.
I’m somewhere in the audience for this. There’s something you can’t see, because the camera is quite rightly trained on the actors and not the architecture. Built into the room (and not put there for this convention as far young-me is aware) were quite a few large reliefs of the faces/shoulders of people carved into discs. Don’t know who the people were, but the effect was laughingly similar to the faces carved on Rassilon’s crypt in the Five Doctors. I say laughingly because someone commented, quite loudly, something to the effect that Borusa was in the room. Wasn’t me; so I can’t take credit for it. :)
I honestly just think it's a shame the show has done everything in its power to act like Six never happened. It's a bigger shame Colin Baker was the only actor who didn't get any input in how his Doctor was portrayed, and was also the only actor without a say in his costume (especially as the costume he's described wanting is SO much cooler). But above all else, it's sad he's really the only Doctor who doesn't have an arc. Even Seven got to have the _BEGINNING_ of an arc, even if it never got completed.
Always great to see two great doctors at a panel. Colin baker imho is my favorite doctor, even though tom used to be my favorite, but as time went on, tom became less and less a favorite, he’s still great, but not my favorite anymore, but colin is my favorite doctor. Sylvester mccoy is probably a favorite as well. It’s honestly too hard to choose a favorite. Now, peter cipaldi is probably my least favorite doctor. Great actor, don’t get me wrong, but he’s just not my favorite.
It is a crime we have never seen Six and Seven together on screen. Big Finish cements how amazing they would be together. Instant chemistry.
No a crime is car theft murder forgery or burglary something like that
@@moonpawooe7134do you have autism by any chance?
This is definitely how 6 and 7 would get on

Like that 6 and 7 tried to make the same love hate relationship that 2 and 3 did
Utterly brilliant! I had no idea that had such amazing chemistry together.

These two are hysterical! (And historical, to paraphrase Sylv, since it was their first appearance together.)
Colin is such a great doctor
26:31 he didn't realise what was to come, clearly.
Well, it wasn't exactly on "radio" per se, but you get my point.
What a lovely panel. Thank you for posting this!

This is fabulous! I love this panel Q & A! And all who commented. Two under-rated Doctors'.
I met both of them
0:33 This is why we love Colin

nah, the Sixth Doctor clearly had something going on there, the writing just sucked
Really sad Sylvester didn't get more to work with, he's a brilliant Doctor.
Sylvester was silly even back then. I love these two. Lol 😅
Sad that at this point they still thought there might be more seasons of the show after this
@@TotallyFknAliens *14, the series came back in 2004, unless you also include the movie in 1996 too.
@@wastedproductions45Well a movie isn't a season, is it?
Love these two together, they remind me of Patrick and Jon
Lovely really nice.
Wonderful stuff
