      Yes, you can open lid each time u want but it’s better to transfer to a small jar and consume... always use dry spoon

    Recipe is very good. but Metal & platics should not be used for pickles as it belches. Glass or Porcelain are ideal.

      Mangoes must be hard and very sour....in Telugu we tell pedda rasaalu or you can choose any mangoes which are very sour in taste

      Provided there not even a drop of water is there in any of tge ingredients, you have to sun dry all ingredients before you start

      @@shaziyasrecipes you know , I actually went and bought the sesame oil .. for 2kg mangoes , I added 400gm of chilli, 500gm of Salt , 180gm of mustard and 30gm of fenugreek , garlic and 1 litre oil.. I don’t know how it’s going to turn out .. I felt I need to add more mustard powder.. by then we mixed it and kept it for preserving. If I need to get the mustard flavour what can I do?
