H Bass definitely worth it. makes some pretty interesting sounds that you don't hear much nowadays. it doesn't even matter if i'm actually composing something, just playing with it never gets old. you can get these really cheap used on guitar center, i got mine in great condition for 150.

This was the video that made me buy my first synthesizer in November of 2016. I got the MicroKorg obviously. This is still one of the best demos ive ever seen on any synthesizer. Ive seen lots of different demos on different synths, this still holds up. For first time synthesis, the MicroKorg isnt the best to learn on, but I sure did. You can look up many tutorial videos and read the manual and you can get an idea. This guy should make more MicroKorg demos, this one still really moves me.

Mike Davies The microkorg is really on your side to help developing your talent. The way it enables you (at any entry level) to create everything from straightforward bass lines, to melodic parts up to more complex sonic landscapes, is just so stimulating, you’ll want to keep on practicing and experimenting; Thus skills are developed. And so yeah, in a way it kinda does come with the kit.

Nice stuff. I can't tell you enough that this is pure talent. I can relate because I always underestimate myself with my visual art, yet everyone tells me how great it is. I can tell you play from your center, not from your head, that's why we can all feel it. This is like nothing I have every heard, purely original, and very refreshing to hear.

I'm looking for a synth that will give me lush warm pad sounds and great atmospheric effects. I'm new to the synth world, can anyone help me with suggestions? I'm a guitar player that has a plethora of pedals I can use also. Thanks

You cant' go wrong with an mK. It comes with 128 patches, KORG has a free download of another 128, and there are sets for purchase online for very little money. If have more time on your hands, there are plenty of "recipes" to be found for free.

Fantastic patch, great video- bravo! This just goes to show you... its not the tool, its the person behind it that gives it soul.
