Really like the emphasis on patience when sidelaning and thinking of clever trading patterns to handle annoying matchups. Playing fog and just patiently waiting for your team to get into position is such a easy gamechanger. Feel like it's easy too missmatch tempo and hurry up sidelane to pressure, just because you know you're strong and want to feel useful, before your team can really organize themselves and pressure on their own. Great vid 😊
Really love the way Coach Chippys breaks down the game by each decision and walks us through it play-by-play. It's super insightful from both macro and micro level and I feel like this style of video and commentary gives me guidance for how to think during my matchups. Like Chippys isn't just sharing game knowledge and showing us his gameplay, he's teaching us how to be decision makers and observers for ourselves. Definitely feel like I got a lot out of this and can apply it to my own learning journey! 🤘
Thanks so much for this vod! At 19min when you're discussing the choice to take t2 tower vs immediately rotate to the teamfight, do you generally recommend taking the guaranteed gold (tower) over the coin flip gold (solo q teamfights)?
Amazing vid!!!! @coach Chippys , any guide for playing on weak side? been losing all my plat games due to that. I've tried playing safe (they still dive) and playing aggressive (most time kill their top but their jgl end up killing me). At the end is the same outcome.
If you're being dived most of the time you're making trading or wave control related mistakes in the game, if your trading is very favorable and your wave controls on point your deaths will be naturally reduced as its harder for the enemy jungle to gank you, even on weakside
yo at 5:03 ingame u skipped the frame and said its nothing too special but here its very important to hold enemy wave that is coming to not let it go into ur tower range thx for that enemy will lose more cs cuz enemy minions will hit urs and u will have better slowpush, in safer spot and just bigger wave, easier crash later, when kennen came back to lane he lost only 1 melee minion, with that hold he would've lost maybe 3 even
actually this caused u a lot of problems later not being able to crash it, so first hold the wave then 5:30 u dont attack keep slowpushing only lasthit and then the wave 6:00 is easier, keep it in mind, other than that good work!:)
This account will take off. your content is the most digestible and informative I have seen in a long time. I love it.
friday just got a lot better!
