Very helpful. For some reason I don't have the permanently delete option.
Is there a way around this? I have over 1,000 people to delete and really don't want to manually do it one by one.

Didn't touch on Bounced emails. Just cleaned and unsubscribed. I need to know about Soft Bounced emails.
HI, Soft bounces typically indicate a temporary delivery issue, you can ignore it for some campaigns, hard bounces and unsubscribing are the real issues, do you want to remove them too?

Yesterday I sent a campaign which resulted in 71 bounces. Today I created a segment of cleaned contacts. It produced zero results. These instructions do not match my experience.
Did you send the mail to the cleaned contacts today? Sending to the cleaned contacts is not the purpose of my video, but to remove them from the list is the fact here. Thanks

So MailChimp also checks email is valid or not. And should I send a soft bounce email or not.
Hi, for soft bounces, you should wait for a day or two before sending to them again, as soft bounces are a temporary delivery problem, it can get resolved soon on the receiver's end. But be informed that, with most email clients, re-sending is automatic, with 72 hours being the standard time cap for trying to resend the email.

Hard bounces are not good for campaigns, it happens if the recipient email address does not exist or recipient email server has completely blocked delivery. You should remove/clean them and continue.

Hi, you cannot add a deleted contact back to your audience. The only way to add that contact back is if they re-join through a Mailchimp signup form. Archiving contacts, on the other hand, is reversible. If you have outdated or inactive contacts that don't interact with your campaigns, you should choose to archive them.

Why mailchimp suspended account?
Suspension occurs when Mailchimp disables certain features, which can include sending and import capabilities, on your account while you're under review with their Compliance Team.
