undo import needed but button 'view' from last import not working to undo, undo is available for other old imports- what can cause this - and can delete and re-import everything with cleaner lists

Hello, I attempted to organize the warm leads/contact list we have, but when I import the file, it indicates that the contacts already exist. Is it possible to organize them by industry? how do you resolve this? we want to target the correct audience since we have had a high unsubscribed rate recently. Thanks for your time.
You can select your existing contacts and archive them. You could create a segment for anyone added after a certain date. You could tag all the new people when you import them.

but the real problem is if we have no contacts to start with and that is the most common part. you missed that chunk of content
How do i replace exciting contacts with my new contacts?
