- Walk-around and overview of my Health Mate HM-NSE-3-CD-CL infrared sauna.
This is a 20amp 2-3 person 2183W sauna with 6 heaters.
It takes about 30 minutes to get up to 150-155 degrees. Great sweat and didn't have to add a new circuit to my house thanks to a preexisting 20 amp circuit for the garage doors.
Added this sauna to introduce hot/cold contrast therapy to my health and wellness protocol.
Have you had to replace the control panel yet? I have had to replace it twice.
I haven’t. I actually ended up selling and getting a Sunlighten Believe. But it was working well until I had sold it on the outside.

What's the wires on the roof top on the right side when looking at it on top of the roof??
So that was actually the interior LED light. For whatever reason it wasn't working on the control panel. It just used a 12v laptop power supply, so I placed that in to have red light in the interior.
Looks like it doesn't have any windows at all, no glass door?? (Appears to be a mirror on front of the door?). Might be a bit claustrophobic! (oh i see, looking again, maybe it's just reflective glass).
Yes, it's tinted from the outside. Inside it's very easy to see outside. Not claustrophobic at all!
Can I ask what you paid for this unit used?
I was able to find it for just over 1k USD.

Did you have any trouble with customer service since you bought a used unit?
They were helpful, but I would have to purchases any items at full price. As of today, it’s still heating and working well, so haven’t found a need to replace anything.
Will they get to 170 degrees?
Doesn’t quite get that hot. Usually gets to 155-160 depending on ambient temp. But plenty hot for a good sweat.
