She is the first murderer in England and Wales to have their sentencing broadcast.
Jemma Mitchell, 38, killed Mee Kuen Chong, 67, at the older woman's home in north-west London last year.
The judge sentenced Mitchell to life in prison with a minimum term 34 years.

I don’t know the full story of this sad case but she’s obviously done what she’s done to get her hands on the money.
It blows my mind when you see people on TV who win millions then go public.
But many of my relatives are wealthy business people some dress very casual but drive Range Rovers Etc, hearing these kind of stories makes you feel like you shouldn’t show any wealth off, especially in times like this and definitely keep a eye open of people who you associate with.

Mitchell planned it, after the murder she made a will where she was the beneficiary of Chong's 700 000£ estate. All of Chong's financial papers were found at Mitchell's home. She then tried to hide the fact that Chong was gone by telling people she had gone to spend time with her family.
"Mitchell declined to give evidence at her trial but her defence claimed the prosecution had failed to prove her involvement or that Ms Chong was even murdered." -BBC Her head was bashed in and then she was decapitated, what more evidence do they want of murder!?!

At 38 with a recce of 34, that would make her 72 *IF* she managed to get out. Even then it’s doubtful. Peter Sutcliffe, who murdered at least 13 women (and some believe that there is strong evidence that there may have been even more) got a recce of only 30 (which seems odd when he killed so many) but he died, still in custody after 40 years.
It doesn’t take a genius to see that her future isn’t very bright. It’s odd, she’s claiming to be a devout Christian, yet she has committed such a heinous act that even the most supposedly heathern person wouldn’t. She deserves everything that she got.

Even this evil monster's mother shows no remorse for what her daughter did to this vulnerable woman...
