The house that Yoki broke into was the Armstrong manor. And his story was in the 2003 anime.
Came here to say that yoki and the whole town have an entire episode dedicated to this story.
Yup! Lmao 5:59
imagine breaking into the armstrong estate the family of the strong arm alchemists
5:57 This is the youngest kid of the Armstrong family.
I've always wondered why they made it look like Alphonse was straight up murdering Toad Boy. That is not what putting someone to sleep looks or sounds like..
From here[ this episode ] onward, the pacing's gonna accelerate!! As Short Round once said: "...Hang on lady! We're goin for a ride!"
Actually next episode is pretty slow, the last 25 episodes are insane, though
I genuinely love how upset Arianna is with mustache man when he is legit just a background joke character but she is ready to send him straight to hell lol Great video as always
11:28 Al straight up kills a guy and there’s no way you can convince me otherwise 😂
Aint no chokehold in the world that can produce that kind of bone-cracking sound XD
He Gets Better
Bro was colder than his armor at that point.
**CRACK CRACKLE DED**
Not to mention it isn’t like he got choked out or knocked out the only thing he did was legit SNAP HIS NECK
The black and white scene with mustache man (Yoki) happened in an episode of the original 2003 show, Fullmetal Alchemist. In that show, they ran out of manga to adapt from, since it was still ongoing.
So for the 2009 show, they kinda fast forwarded the first half of the storyline, and only slowed down when they got to that same point.
16:30 Buff frog is a character from Star Versus the forces of evil.
Scar’s deconstruction works the same as any other alchemy, meaning he has to know what the target is materially composed of in order to deconstruct it, since he didn’t know what Ed’s new arm was made of he couldn’t break it.
Exactly. Scar's alchemy doesn't work by going "Break that thing," it works by going "Rearrange that piece of iron into several smaller pieces of iron." Therefore, if he attempts to use that specific process on something that isn't actually made of iron, it just doesn't work.
Watching y’all react to my favorite anime is so entertaining. I’m patiently awaiting the next episode already
A very late Bless you to Arianna lol
Yooo Maple said it looks like a call of duty map and right after he said it’s a ghost town
Yoki's tale is one of the few things removed from the story as it happened in the manga. It was chronicled in the original anime, which is one of the few places where the original outshines Brotherhood.
Yes and no. His story being told like this kinda plays into his memes of him being...well him
Meh. Brotherhood hit the important notes. Yoki doesn't really deserve an entire episode dedicated to him.
You didn’t miss a ton from the Yoki subplot, it’s was kinda just filler to establish the boys as heroes.
Yeah. In the manga they use it to establish that it is illegal to make gold out of other stuff, but it is pretty easily skipped for most of the story.
You two will be crying your eyes out episode after episode real soon I can’t wait real tear jerkers coming real soon
Lmaoo prides shadow form is literally the creepiest thing ever but i love it. And I unapologetically hate kimbley 😂
Diegesis Awesome Video Today!!🔥🐐🐐💎
The only thing that really bothers me in this episode is that when they trap scar by his arm his palm is facing the wall and in the next shot its facing away from it
"Just google Butt Frog" Um, yeah no. all out of eye bleach
Yeah, that's the one down side of the dub. For SOME REASON they refuse to translate on-screen Japanese text, like in the Yoki flashback, meaning sometimes you miss stuff. And I hate it. His story DID happen, it happened just after the Lior incident. It was cut from this anime (unfortunately). It's more or less what Yoki showed us(it's worth noting that transmuting gold is forbidden so when Yoki signed over the coal mines for the gold the official document said he gave it for free so neither of them would get in trouble, and then Ed gave it back to the miners for a meal and a bed).
It's not that big of a deal. Brotherhood showed all the important parts. Yoki's not important enough to waste an entire episode on.
Full metal alchemist is often cited as the best anime of all time, but I don't really agree. There are too many comedic moments that aren't really funny and detract from the tone of the show.
Could you guys react to a more mature anime like death note after finishing full metal alchemist? Death note is in my opinion the best anime there is. It's an anime about the corruption of power and the ethics of justice.
