मास्टर शैफ निशा मधुलिका जी को प्रणाम। आपके द्वारा बनाई गई रेसीपी देख कर मुंह में पानी आ जाता है। फिर जब तक खुद बना कर खा ना ले मन की तसल्ली नहीं होती। एक बार आपने कुकर में स्पंजी रसूलुल्लाह बनाने की विधि बतायी थी और तब मैं और मेरा परिवार एक छोटे से गांव में रहते थे जहाँ किसी ने भी स्पंजी रसूलुल्लाह नहीं खाया था और मैंने भी पहले कभी स्पंजी रसूलुल्लाह नहीं बनाया था और वो भी कुकर में। परंतु आप इतने विस्तार और प्यार से रेसीपी बनाना सिखाती हैं कि मैंने और मेरी पत्नी ने पहली ही बार में बिना तोड़े मरोड़े स्पंजी रसूलुल्लाह बनाया, खाया, खिलाया और चौंकाया। निशा जी बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।
