how you deal with large characters is going wide. But there is also Maximus, maximus allowing you to support while questing gives you more value from your lower drops to trade with their higher drops. a lilo turns into a 5/1 or simba turning into a 7/3 is super strong. I run 3 maximus and 2 beast as my 5 drop curve.
I think that this deck is still strong as is. If anything, since I posted this, the deck has solodified its way at the top of the meta with Ruby-Amethyst. There are variations of the deck based on personal preferences (like playing lanterns), but overall, this list is solid out of the box. :)
I really love amber, it has so many ways of generating resources and I find that works quite well into the ruby/amethyst control deck that is everywhere
What are your thoughts on 2-3 Lantern in a similar build? It does add extra un-inks, but can allow stitch to shift in on 3 and ramp an extra ink each turn it’s able to stay in play. Thank you!
The 5-ink uninkable songs put a strain on inkables because of their high cost, and you can get stranded with 3+ in hand. With Lilo as the 3rd uninkable, I wouldn't add more directly. To play lanterns, I would either - Cut some Lilos, OR add in some 1-drop Simbas, to cycle the extra uninkables into something I need.
If you really wanted to go 'bigger', you could drop the Lilos AND add play the Simbas, play some lanterns and maybe even a couple Hades for recursion/value.
Turn 3 StitchRockStar is VERY Scary... I have also seen builds abusing 'Just In Time' to put a Singer, than casting 'A Whole New World' to mitigate the card disadvantage... I might try that in another video... ;)
Thanks for the swift reply - I really like the format of your videos with the start to finish thought process on deck building, then moving right into games with the list. I think you’re right, I’ve only had about 30 legit games (all with Amber / Amethyst Rush) as most of my local players are still learning with starter decks. Lanterns were good in there as they were only next to Lilo, maleficent, and a couple rafiki for the uninkable slots. Think I was trying too hard to replicate that early game engine when building Amber / Steel yesterday. Thanks again!
Deck looks fun 😊 after watching more of your videos I am kind of curious to see if you can build a playable maybe even a good deck with unusual ink pairings for example Ruby Steel
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll keep on playing with different combinations and see what I can get :). Off the top of my head, I could see a decent Evasive-Control style of Ruby-Steel deck.
I like the idea of the big cards being on the screen. but anyone who plays lorcana knows what the cards are so its just wasting space on the screen that could be focused on the game itself. deck looks fun tho.
Thanks for your feedback. I personally like having a reminder of the card stats and full text when watching. Sometimes, I want to double check keywords like "may" vs "must", or see a card that is out of the meta. Also, I am already spending some of the screen space on the camera, so I think that it is worth the investment.

Maximus is a pretty good 5-drop. I had a few copies in that I cut at the last minute. I should give them another try. ;)
This is such a fun deck to play! It feels like you can go wide, go big and still have resources left.
Appreciate you doing the Decklist that way 💪
Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad that you like it.
Hey Yoshi, would you make a video about this deck and how you'd change it to fit the new meta? Or do you believe the Deck still stands strong as is?

I agree, Amber has a lot going on and is one of the best colors for card draw.
I'm convinced that the steel sapphire version of Tamatoa is not as good as the ruby sapphire version of the deck.
I haven't tries either version yet, I should give them a shot!
9:43 best part in the video "With some games"
:)
First game was insane! "Keep the change 😂". Thanks for the cool content!
Thanks! And thank you back for Lorcania - Awesome website!!

@@dustinparker1401 I'm happy that you enjoy the format of my videos! Thanks for the feedback.
I made nearly the same deck. My best one ;)
Nice! It is a really strong, versatile and fun deck.

Well, as a yugioh player, I have to point put that A Whole new World is actually Morphing Jar 🤓 🤓
Hehe, yes, you are right, that is a better analogy. It will likely make its way to a ban list in the same way too ;).
Yeah, his comparisons were very very loose. He took some creative liberties with that.. lol
Easily my 3rd fav deck to play on Pixelborn. Sadly it doesn’t put enough pressure on red/purple control
What are you #1/2 favorite decks?
@@GeniusYoshired/purple is my 2nd fav (most played). 1st has to be the meme mill deck. Just can’t seem to make it work. Still tweaking it.
@@malintent4816 Cool! Nice choices! Mill seems pretty difficult to get to work, since we only really have A Whole New World, and it mills us too.

People going through their decks like it's PKMN TCG 😂
Hehe, I am Oak-ay with that. ;)
