Hi my device is same.. now strips from Sinocare for blood glucose are they all compatible for this device??
When testing for uric acid, the result is displayed in umol/L. How can I get the device to display the result in mg/dL?

I've used loads of test straps now, what am I doing wrong ? Do I leave the chip in or take it out ? If I only want to test uric acid, can I just put UA strip in or do I have to put both in ? What ever I'm doing wrong it's not working
OK, I think I may of Sussed it my reading was 207 which is supposed to be not good, I feel pretty good at the moment with no gout pain, the new 2 tests just said LO, Any help please guys ??
Are you putting your blood to the side of the strip or the top? It needs to go to the side
@@nataliyaorchard220 I was just putting it on top at first, but I have done several to the side when the heart is beating on the monitor, still comes up saying the letters LO
