The device is mot working

The instructions for this that it came with are VERY confusing, they should be updated. They clearly (both sets of paper) indicate the side with TWO contacts is inserted. But it's the side with THREE contacts that are inserted, and the two contact side is the sample side, as shown in the video. That's really stupid. Why, when there is a two contact side, show a blown up image of what looks like two contacts as the thing to insert AND cover up the other end with fingers so you can't actually SEE either set of contacts as they are inserted! Also it doesn't say it automatically turns on, it should clearly say that it turns on automatically when it sees the contact inserted correctly. So I was turning it on and inserting the 2 contacts, as it seemed to shown in the paper manual, and it was never showing the take blood sample now thing. Just - - - .....

The machine is not giving me any reading

At minute 1:17 of the video, when it is said that you should hear a "click" when inserting the sensor, I did not experience the same with two sensors that I had to insert with force. I will not buy it again...

Worked well for many of our patients

Mine was removed on 8th day… can you please advise if we can use it on our hands? Cause it shows only belly area - it looks like i move so much so it’s came off… i liked that sensor - there is differences between glucometer and censor, but I was satisfied, at least I knew that the level is low or high and could take care of myself.

Any ideas how to connect it to Apple watch?

I tried to copy this App "ICan CGM", but it says that it is not available in Poland. It shows that they copy it from Apple App Store, and they say to download from Google App Store, but it is not available on Google App Store. Two sensors purchased on Aliexpress, I can't use without the App. The product is listed on Ali in Polish language, the instruction arrived only in Chinese, you all know how difficult is to read the Chinese language. Chinese letters are like bushes. Finally I found some info about the App called "ICan Reach" with the same logo as Sinocare ICAN, but the App can't be downloaded in Poland. Total mess by the manufacturer.

I cannot get the lancet device to work. The ONE thing I needed to see was how to actually use the lancet device, and you didn't show it! Once you follow the instructions, then how exactly do you lance? If anyone reading this thinks it is obvious, it is not if the device doesn't work! Somebody please tell me how to do this?
