Hello, is this training only for senior concierge services or any concierge service?

This is for "all" businesses in the "personal concierge" space regardless if you work with seniors or executives. It just wouldn't be for anyone who works as a "desk concierge"

What about services like cash app, venmo or even Facebook payment.

If you are in accordance with IRS rules - Years ago Venmo was decided ONLY for "personal use" NOT business use. Since then they've changed some of their rules - but you need to make sure that those funds are going INTO a business bank account NOT a personal acct. Rule of them - check each sites guidelines and never mix personal $ and biz $ in the same accts.

Just sharing. PNC bank offers Zelle with a business account. Also credit card machine, of course with a fee.

Some companies charge a fee or percentage of the amount to use a credit card. What do you think about the clients paying that fee or %?

Have you ever had a charge back? How did you handle it?

If your client is reimbursing you for groceries via a credit card you are losing 2.9% on your reimbursement. I will charge that to the client.

I never look at expenses in my business as "me losing" something. But looking at your business in a way that you're "adding" to it ie: Profitability ( for me this has a much different energy behind it )
I also talk about this a little more HERE: Paying for Your Client's Purchases UP Front as a Concierge
