Thank you for breaking down the ownership of having a boba tea shop. My husband and I have been seriously thinking about opening a boba tea truck business and this gave me some insight into the business.
This is a great video, great job sir. Understanding the economics of any type of business is important, especially costs that are associated with opening your own Boba store.
U forgot interior designs. These shops are mainly for millennials on phones all day. They care about that chic/cute environments. That could easily set u back $100-200k depending on if the last store was a coffee shop or a consignment store. Hiring contractors unless u can do it will be expensive. Rent is stuff everyone pays. I see u have never opened a bakery restaurant or coffee shop before. Right now I’m investing in a seafood boiled the interior alone will be $1million
I think the opposite he sounds very smart to me ! I will trust his guidance because a lot of us get so excited about to make money that we forget every single details that can make your business to not have profits and may ending closing if we don’t have a good business foundation and smart strategies to run the business!

I own a boba shop, not franchise and it’s very profitable. Pre COVID, I gross 700-800k. During COVID 2020, gross 600k.
Amazing!!!
That's approximately $2,000 revenue a day, so your looking at 400 sales a day. Impressive!
@@FatCatProductions2020 yes, I’m located in a Mall so more foot traffic.
@@AnthonyFarrer_TPG how do you know if your opening a store in the right location ? ( am planning on opening inside a petrol pump / gas station )
@@muhayminmajid7891 I’ve seen someone opened one in a gas station near my house and they don’t seem to be busy.
Hmmm, seems like there’s not much profit that the owner takes home at the end of the day.... do you think it is worth opening one as a first business?
Very good question. It's probably recommended to find a business partner with experience. But definitely do your research.
@@FatCatProductions2020 How would a partner matter?

I mentioned the renovations cost. I rather go the hipster route and just have wooden chairs and benches....but that's just me...
were can i buy all the cups and straws
Google "Boba Supply Wholesale" near you and many should pop up. (Unless you live in Wyoming or Alaska).
Nice video
Definitely need a more in depth part two 😊
Costa Mesa is my town!
Let's get you on camera!!!

Do you get a lot of white male / females in the store or is it just one particular group of people who buy boba tea?
Boba sugary sweet drinks seem to skew popular with females.
