Oh you fuckin betcha it helps. Gahlllly! Apparently I need 10 billion reminders but when they land it’s a great fresh breath of awareness. When I’m not answering thoughts there are no problems. Ain’t it the truth.
The whole thing is nuts.
I’m never actually fucked by paying attention to and responding to thoughts but it sure feels that way, but then if I drop the description of the feeling of “fucked” it’s just an energy pattern.
One question I discovered in my travels is
“If I don’t call it depression, what is it?”
We can use and other emotional response in place of depression.
What is anxiety if I don’t call it that?

Spirits sit in the head and can't be seen due to looking from them - They mirror as projections to see themselves or polar opposites in others - The mind can be a doppelganger rendering it or the person concomitant to King Duo Davids TV which is actually a shadow caste morphology the person is paying attention to duo to the ego commandeering the Trinity - Darkness ameliorates and amplifies physical pain in conjunction with spiritual symbiosis, and although looking great on the outside eating T Bone steaks with an eye for shiny things and the assets of the opposite sex, actually disqualifies the prodigal son who can't see himself as dead eating flesh with flies and fornicating with snakes, lizards and devils - Whom look like angels in the greener grass - All brought about by myriads and a fantasists in the cheat - Then after indulging it beats you up with despondency of thought via parasitic vine contractions after it's suppressions with remembered imagery, and can even give you spiritual knowledge rendering aloofness after this you wandered abroad - Instead of showing how De-Ssss-Pond-Ant-Sees is this Pond-Ant-Sees which is/thus was only Imp'Possible - Hell, you might even get to be an overseer. But no one ever told anyone the moon is moving away from the earth at 2 cm per day. Hence what goes on in Rome.
