Subjectively and objectively, I still like the AUG more. AUG has been my favorite gun for almost 2 decades and I don't think that will change. Nonetheless, here are some pros and cons when compared to the AUG. Pros for the VHS2: -More accurate by about 0.25-0.5 MOA -Recoils less on low setting from factory -Piston assembly is easier to take out when dirty (sometimes the AUG after 1.5-2k rounds will require tools to take out the gas regulator) Cons for the VHS2: -Controls locations are less ergonomic -Stock contour feels less comfortable -Trigger is quite a bit worse than my AUG A1 and A3 and even a few A3M1 triggers (FYI, older AUGs have better trigger) -Less aftermarket -Harder to field strip
@@takensouls1 300m or 300yd. With a 20" barrel and 55gr, the 1st top dot will be for 100, 2nd dot dot will be 200, middle/center for 300, then 400, then 500.
It was the gas setting. I had it on low gas. Just enough to be reliable with Geco 223 55gr but I guess it wasn't enough for some of the other ammo types I have when I recorded this.
What do you think about this rifle vs the AUG?

@@Cubic_3 I appreciate the detailed response!
@@Cubic_3 Do you happen to know what distance the AUG SF-MDot 3x scope should be zeroed?
