@@solo5865 I loved and pitied him so much that I couldn't have hardened him, which would mean leaving him without moral support in a hard time( Leaving throne to Anora would be dumb (cause she betrayed and almost fed her kingdom to the Blight by fighting Warden). She thought only about her kin and that's not what queen does for her country (I'd decapitate her right after her father if I could 🗿). I made Alister king simply cause there was no alternative and pitied him by the way. And that's how that virgin vessel fy self-pity thanked my Warden for saving his feelings and doing everything for Ferelden then 👍 His loss anyway
@yuliiastelmashenko8650 making Anora queen doesn’t actually turn out bad and you can have a happy long term relationship with Alistair that way. I also don’t like hardening him. If I make him king and I’m not able to be queen I just have my character make the ultimate sacrifice after the breakup because it’s too tragic.

Zevran is not really serious at first, but after all things been through, his character changed the most, from a playboy to the one really loves you. He even killed Talisan, his best friend in Crows for following the Warden. Zevran is a guy who buried his true heart under 100 layers of protective wall, you just have to break those walls slowly to get the diamond inside. Aliaster on the other hand, too pure and not challenging for me :3 Never chose him after romanced him in the first play through XD
This is why I always choose those kind of romances. Zevran, Morrigan, Fenris and Isabela. All got their own demons, own barriers for you to break down, all unique in their own way, the most challenging and also the ones that change so much over the course of the relationship 😃👍
It’s hard to watch these scenes. Alistair is my fave and I hate to see him hurt. I’m a fan of Zevran too and I don’t like him hurt either. Long story short, this video hurts my heart.
On one play through i had this conversation and I picked that I was in love with Zevran because I thought it was a joking answer (I had only just given zev the fancy boots gift and I wasn't paying attention to how high the meter had gotten with him) but Alistair took it seriously and had that crushed look on his face and it was just so sad I went back to my last save to redo the whole convo.
I had a hard time choosing, so i made two save files for the same character. And even though Alister acted like it was the hardest for him, my disapproval from zevran was double was alisters was. And then when I talked to zevran after there was another big chunk of disapproval. And that hurt more than Alister showing his hurt

That's true. I've compared the scenes again, even compared the romances, and Zev is definitely good at hiding his true feelings. If he didn't care he wouldn't disapprove so much when you end it with him.

I play the game for the first time and didn’t have that dialogue. Somehow I successfully friend zoned Leliana and Zevran. So Alistair didn’t have to worry. He was the only one for my warden ❤
