Hello! I am instrested in doing the same thing with an NZXT H500 case! Did you actually put the pc inside the cupboard ? If yes would you mind sharing the thermals for CPU/GPU ?
Thanks a lot! Seems like you read in our minds. While a lot of people made a video about the desk just to show installation, you focused on what first really matter, the dimensions to see if it is worth buying it .
Just wanted to drop a like and also say that this video was extremely helpful in determining if this desk would be big enough of my computer set-up. Thank you! Couldn't find this information any where else.
Thank you this was a very helpful video. My son has a small room so this is ideal. I wasn't sure if this would fit a tower unit but clearly it can. It was great that you included metric measurements too :)

@@k-nemo No worries. Just wanted to point it out for others. The measurements are definitely useful so thank you for that. I might be picking up one of these desks soon myself.
You can put the monitor on something that have short legs and is as wide so you can put the keyboard under it, and one shelf can be placed at the bottom or top to prevent the door from sagging in, but best is to get a magnetic stopper from some of IKEA,s kitchen cabinets.
Thanks for the video, exactly what I was looking for to see if it would fit my PC! In other assembly videos, the shelving unit is on the right. Is the side the shelving unit is on fixed? Or can it be put on either side? Thanks!

What I did, was grab another mouse mat, and trimmed it down so I have full coverage.
Thanks for your comment. It's true that if you have more stuff you definitely need a bigger desk. This one is big enough for a screen, keyboard and a few books. Because it's relatively small it's good for smaller rooms.

Could you please tell me the length of the space where the chair slides under the desk? My desk is 70cm wide so I'm hoping I'll be able to fully slide it in the gap.
It's definitely big enough. You can also increase the working surface by adding the set of drawers. All Micke series products are exactly the same height.

No edge is sticking out so I think the only option would be to try and use the hole for the cables. I don't have a monitor arm at home so I'm not able to check if it's going to work. Sorry.
Will this fit a 27 inch monitor and pc on top?
24 inch computer is Ok. You'll manage to put 27 inch one but the space will be tight. In the film I gave all the dimensions, if you're not sure maybe watch it again
Hey thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.

Gonna check out the table in store soon.
Does anyone know a good arm chair that would go with this?
Ikea has a nice variety of chairs but I bought mine in Staples ages ago
At IKEA, they sell many. I recommend going :)
is this sturdy?
Yes, it is
How deep are the drawers!
80 mm
Is this made out of real wood or fake?
It's definitely not wood. But the finish is nice. The desk is light.
its made from mdf
I'm only worried about the height of 75cm seems too short
It is a standard height. It is the some: desk and table:

Is the depth enough?
For me it is perfect but it you're very tall you might have a problem
Why not build the shelf on the right side? So you have more space for your mouse, seeing as you are right-handed....
You can build it on either side. I only wanted to show how much space you can have
Can you remove completely the right cabinet? Thank you
This desk holds 50kg, that's a lot fair play
This is what ikea suggest, the desk is pretty sturdy to be fair
Still tryna convince my step dad to buy a bigger one, that shit small af
Good luck
k-nemo thanks capt’n
Anyone over 6ft - this desk won't he any good for you. I had to take the main drawer out of it in order to get my legs under. Try before you buy springs to mind 😅
Thanks for leaving a comment. I would definately recommend trying befor bying. I'm 5ft9 so the desk high enough for me but a tall person probable won't be comfortable.
Glad im 5’4 lmao
Хоть кто то указал размеры стола за это+
Спасибо
Super
Sadly you can’t use a monitor arm with this desk
Do you think it will be possible to use the cable outlet ?
@@k-nemo It might work but won't look that good.
What a shame
Thats the shit desk I have in a rented room, its not deep enough, its only 50cm, it should be 60+, will try to fit 27-inch monitor on it, will see how it goes.
It is rather small, but if you can't have anything bigger the monitor should fit. Just ua-cam.com/video/myxAByiIhZk/v-deo.html
@@k-nemo will see how comfortable it will be, I think I may attach some custom wood leg behind and attach monitor arm to it so the monitor will hang free behind the desk. It's a good desk for a laptop thou
