I'll recommend to be on it. it's been roughly a month since I installed it, and I had to reset my PC / reinstall the windows 3 times! It's not that stable, and the dlls often get corrupt for no reason, and then everything starts to crumble one by one.
Be careful everyone, current Windows 11 24H2 update breaks a whole lot of games from Capcom and Ubisoft as well as other applications like Lossless Scaling! I reverted back to 23H2 yesterday.
The 24h2 update has nearly ruined my pc. Anything you need to use the internet for will be significantly slower. Upload speed? Trash. Download speeds? Dog water. Microsoft’s customer support is no help. They won’t let me roll back to 23h3 after 10 days so I’m stuck with a pc that barely works for the things I use it for. Pages won’t load or half loads and the rest gives me a bunch of “failed modules”. Certain games like overwatch 2 only half work and you have to tweak the settings to make it playable. This update is absolutely horrendous and there’s nothing I can do until they fix it.
You can set it to be the same as 10 through a patch thingo, I forget the same of it, but you can just set everything to look like Windows 10 or even 8 or 7 if you're unhappy. The only real reason to avoid 11 is if you are worried about bugs or your PC it too old.
@@mttrashcan-bg1ro Yeah, there are many Softwares, like Windhawk and Start11 etc, but nothing works as good as something that's Stock. A good example of that is PowerToys. All the functionalities of PowerToys works flawlessly because it is made by Microsoft itself. Even Apple allows us to Re-Size the Dock. Windows not having an option by Default is embarrassing.
@@TechBasedI paused the windows 24h2 update for 1 month in fear of having those bugs after installation..Will I be able to resume update again in December after 30 days period goes over for same 24h2?
@@soucharya19 i updated after 3 week .because there was a glitch with my win11 23 version but after update my laptop run smoothly base on my experience .so I guess it is safe to update

I heard that if u have a Western-Digital-SSD it will cause Bluescreen, is that true if so i have one and i really don't wanna get a Bluescreen.

What about the bug where the options menu in explorer opens upwards instead of downwards ?
plus after the fix of windows update size in disk cleanup mine always showed 190 mb that couldnt be cleaned instead of the 8 gb bug ?

Microsoft likey removed 32-bit programs that made some games worked likey some games maybe usng old games that may need DirectX drivers to run

I know right, I personally don't like using Small Taskbar, and the taskbar height in Windows 11 is so unnecessarily tall compared to Windows 10

Mine is 22H2/23H2 lag and slower. It is frustrating for me. Also, my 24H2 is a decent performance.
