I wish you would have been my Voilin Teacher.
Your presentation is a brilliant flash of inspiration.
I am guitarist but I have always wondered how violinists structured their fingering technique. So, thank you for solving a mystery.
Julia, I really like to thank you for your videos, you are so good at teaching!! Regards from Brazil!
SHe is a perfectionist teacher
Julia Robertovna thank you very much for your videos, they help a lot in the development of violin technique
I'll go through this one about 20 more times and I got it. Thanks, never seen that before.

That's great, thank you so much for this precious tips! 🙏
Ohhhhthis is so helpful!!!! merci professeur
I somehow wanted to learn playing the violin, I found it. I played the guitar and the finger on the strings blends. I love listening to classical music.
This is so good!
Muy útil profe, gracias !
This is something new to me but my friend that plays violin just mentioned that to me about finger patterns. Now I know that it is a useful tool to play faster and not just to memorise the individual notes 1 by 1. Interesting ...
Fascinating!
I’m a pianist but find this fascinating.
amazing me! thank you for your teach, it's useful to me.
very informative thank you so much , by the way you have a soothing voice and a beautiful face !
from Iran
Thank 2 you🌷
Professor, your insights into keeping left hand fingers and strings clear of each other when playing arpeggiated chordal patterns would be much appreciated. You have small, precise fingertips, but we are not all so lucky! Your videos are the finest violin tutorials on UA-cam.
All finger shapes have their advantages and disadvantages. Try to always focus on the advantages :) and good luck in your violin endeavours!
i teach now thank for your coming...
Good job dude..👌👍😊

I had never join any violin class, play it by myself. one day,I prayed to Jesus to give me a teacher, then I found this channel, almighty God.
thank you and Jesus again!
You are soo elegant ♥️
What an excellent video.. I wonder why didn't my child's teacher taught scales like this? It confused us both and my child now depends so much on the book and finger numbering from his teacher for scales. I wish this is taught at every level.
Благодаря от сърце! Толкова много научих от Вас! Благословена да сте! Бъдете здрава! Харесвам ви много! Блага и мила прекрасен учител сте Юлия!
Поздрави от България! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Dear Professor, I would like to ask your suggestions about setup to achieve more clarity on the left hand. Somehow I feel that when I was playing a "cheap" violin my articulation was clear specially in the lifting process, do you think that this can be related to the height of the strings? I refer to simple legato passage as you show in this video. I play almost everything and I can't have back that "click" on my lifting motion in my schradieck anymore, I seriously doubt it can be a matter due to be in shape. Sorry about the long comment and bad English.
Yes, it may have to do with super-high strings. Clarity depends on the speed of lifting the fingers off the string... But if you cannot depress the (thicker) string to the fb, then the notes would also be fuzzy...
I whish i have seen this video when I start learning scales, I have to figure it out by myself.

Thanks for this. I am stsrting to learn second pattern and I am very confused.😢😅
Hola 💕 bendiciones, por favor podrian traducir las palabras al español para entender. Plis
I confess, sometimes I watch these videos not for the lesson, but just to gaze upon a beautiful, classy talented woman.. lol!
Hello professor
I have very skinny fingers that when I put my fingers together the knuckles go inward. The point is when I want to put my 2nd and 3rd finger together which seems to be the easiest pattern, I cant move my 3rd finger and my 1st finger moves instead so when I try to simultaneously put my 2nd and 3rd finger on the violinthere is a space between them
Do you know what should I do? Thank you
Hey professor. Is there a way to get in touch with you in time for something I am preparing for? I can't seem to get any violin teachers in person in time. It'll be great if I could get your help.
but, how to play fast like you?
Dear professor, recently I watched your "MILSTEIN" video and I succeed to make my pinky rounded. Since then I watch your videos and follow it. In this video, I would like to ask you, I have followed your instructions about finger patterns part 1 and I did it, but when I try to apply on violin, my fingers' tip are struggling to move closer, especially pattern 1 & 2 together, and my 2 & 3 finger struggling to make distance. Do you have any solution or tips to fix it?? Sorry for long comment and bad English.
Regards from Indonesia.
It looks like the problem may be in the coordination of the movements. Unfortunately, I cannot be more specific without seeing what exactly is happening with your hand... sorry about that :(
