Always a treat to see her in any film or television show. Brilliant, understated, magnificent and intelligent is what I noticed in her whether in an interview or a professional capacity. saying she will be missed is an understatement. A loss of tremendous depth and talent. ❤
Dame Maggie Smith was an incredible actress who mastered subtlety, empathy and humor in her roles. Her interviews were delightful and showed her humility and lovely sense of humor.. She will definitely be missed as a bright light in this world. RIP Dear, wonderful MaggIe !
I was so sad to hear of this huge loss of a fantastic actress I actually cried. Cried hard. Then I went to utube and watched her being young on the Carol Burnett show and she is thrilling. RIP darling

The interview on Graham Norton's show was after "The lady in the wan" so a few years ago. She would go and watch tennis at Wimbledon every summer but she wasnt there this time in the royal box. Great actress will be missed.
Cause of death? She was 89 yrs old ffs! Duh. She was brilliant, witty as heck, an amazing actress. I will miss her. She contributed much to this world.
What a terrible headline! The first line should be: "Dame Maggie said this in an interview." She didn't die during the interview! Second, it would be challenging even for Dame Maggie to say this in an interview AFTER she died! Given her famous precision when it came to the English Language, this headline is balderdash!
The title of this video should be corrected to read," Dame Maggie Smith, in an interview before she died, said this." As it is written Maggie died in an interview.
@@CKLee-rs4kl if the narrator is also the creator, it’s clear that English isn’t his first language. However, that’s still no excuse and he should employ the help of a proofreader/copy editor. Would be beneficial.
"Dame Maggie Smith Said This Before She Died In An Interview"! Where, I want to know, did every single member of your staff from the Director on downwards, learn their English? Chicago Daily, your standards have slipped no end!
Copy editing please! I don't think Maggie Smith died in an interview. To read correctly the headline should say: Prior to her death Dame Maggie Smith said this in an interview.
With all respect to the great Maggie Smith who I truly admired, I do have to ask the person who posted this: Why do you say she died in an interview? Surely she was in her bed.
She’s hysterically funny. Thanks for this interview and may she rest in peace
She was one of the greats. RIP Dame Maggie Smith.

It took me a minute to realize the narrator was speaking English

yes, these caption writers need to go back to junior high and take English sentence structure.

Hilarious!! Maggie Smith may have said this in an interview before she died - but Maggie Smith did not die in an interview.
"Said This Before She Died In An Interview" She didn't die in an interview.

A little editing and punctuation for the video would be good. I happen to know she didn’t die in the interview.
