The belted note at the end of the song is E5, which she has hit numerous times while performing this song, as well as other songs (with great ease, might I add, as she can belt even higher than that). Nicole is both a superb entertainer/performer and dancer (IN ADDITION to being a great vocalist), so incorporating the dance sequence was a way of showing off her skills in those particular areas.
