I'm in Bull Savannah St Elizabeth. It is hard to tell of the damage down outside. But it's going to be very bad. I'm in a concrete roof house. Ivan thought me a lesson. I'm praying 🙏🏼 for my neighbours and all who has been impact by beryl including myself I have lost my livelihood. There's still hope as long as there's life.

I'm in Kingston and the rain has settled down a bit. No wind. I am stilll waiting to see what they say is a category 4 hurricane, right now it is very light showers next to none.

Update from Kingston Jamaica. Very mild conditions for my family. Rain. Barely any wind was no of power for an hour or two but it's back up now. Some blocked roads currently. It's still raining so not back to life as usual. Waiting to see what the local news says by mid day. All in all for Kingston it was barely anything at all. As for the other parishes I've heard they didn't fare so well.
God is more than enough able to keep cover protect and comfort in the midst of the storm Jamaica and other areas u are in his care God doeth all things we'll ❤❤❤❤❤❤ to all

94 degrees is NOT hot. If that is hot then what was the 114 degrees in Wichita Falls, Texas when I was in the USAF there. Also what was the 120 degrees in a factory and another one of 125 degrees?
It's not an apples to apples comparison. Jamaica has a lot of humidity. So it feels like you're breathing hot steam. You get dehydrated much quicker because of sweating profusely. Honestly if you're not used to it it can feel unbearable.

You have never seen a big storm in July but do some research. History tells of many powerful hurricanes in July, since history of the Americas began being recorded during Spanish colonization. Nothing new.
