Flash flood warning in Broward, Miami-Dade as heavy rain continues

- A flash flood warning was in effect for parts of Broward and Miami-Dade counties on Wednesday as storms continued to soak South Florida.
The flash flood warning was in effect until 4:45 p.m. and included Miami Gardens, North Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood and Miramar, among other areas, the National Weather Service said.

@@morrisparrish76 I live here and where the structures are built the ground is sinking. I have proof everywhere I look. Yes the water is rising but the ground is sinking too. It is like the sand is being removed but the coral bedrock still holds the buildings in place. Maybe it is a sinkhole. I just went out and recorded the flooding here and the Miami river.

As bad as the weather has been, there is no need for Miami. For audio or even Palm Beach to be flooding. This is actually a direct correlation of governor Ron de santos Being in charge of our waterways and Waterflow. The real truth is that we already have the technology in place to divert water. To areas that Need it without having to drain it out into our oceans. But Ron de Sanchez would rather divert that money into other projects and into his own pocket. The Simple but hard to hear fact is Governor Ron de santos does not have our best interest at hand He really isn't concerned about the general public other than how they Vote for him
