My favorite time in my youth was when I was part of the Santa Fe, NM high school band. Every summer our first performance was at the Santa Fe Rodeo. I always went to see the Brahma bulls in the waiting area. I enjoyed the bull riding event at the end of the night. One funny incident, my parents came to pick me up and a drunk cowboy walked by our truck telling my folks the '65 chevy was going to sleep. My dad had put chrome half covers on the headlights to add more chrome.
In the early 70’s we had three Brahma bulls dumped on our ranch. Fence cut, bulls ran in and then someone fixed the fence. We had register Black Angus!! So we rounded them up, put them in a pen with a 6 ft fence. They were standing there and then jumped the fence, No running, just levitated over! Luckily the Sheriff found were they had been stolen from! They were a nightmare!!
They are friendly mate,, but you can see if they are cornered instinct kicks in, the other thing is when you try to communicate with cows make sure you dont kick the soil as this dude did in the video, kicking soil with your feet in front of adversary represents fighting in cows language. Thats what they do bulls before fighting if you saw them.
I used to work with brahma cattle & 1 thing I learned over time was that a corral that was built to keep them moving was full of curves! When brahma cattle can't see the other end of the working shute, they keep moving! When a crazy 1 wanted to take me in a pen, I NEVER went in without a long hardwood stick! I could make them cross their legs & dance real funny like, & it only took twice before they left you alone! As my Dad would comment you hit hard enough to make their brain's rattle 🤣!
Whew! Had some red brahman bulls many years ago--they were good natured unless they got cornered or stressed. we had one that was halter broken and pretty docile, but if the local train came through you'd better drop the lead rope and head for the fence. He could sense the low rumble approaching, ears would pin straight back, and he was about to get upset---didn't help that the locomotive engineer would glance over, see the predicament, and intentionally blast the horn at our private crossing just to see our brahman cut-up!
I worked the National Stock Yard Auction in Oklahoma City and several others for years. Never a dull moment. It's dirty, long hours and dangerous. It takes a special breed of people to do this kind of work, and stay in one piece. Injury and death is all to common or just plain worn out.
I get a kick out of you handling those cattle. Buster too . Your dad's just getting tried of the bs with them and your brother is plain scared of them (who wears a red shirt when working cattle). Keep up the videos , you are a cowboy if I ever seen one.
We had a huge simmental bull, who was pretty mellow, unless there was a cow in heat or at calving. The only thing he would respect was a blue tick healer, who could control him like nothing
Looked like that one didn't want to be caught at all. Y'all do a great job with 'em. What sale do you take them to? Have a great week and keep the videos coming.
That Brahma cow is a little high strung. I usually worry about the bulls but cows with that kind of defensiveness...... I carry a nice pipe, something easy to grip but has a wall thickness that won't bend easily if i end up need it. Thankfully I have had little need, but you just never know.
We had a bull we raised from a calf well once it got full grown it loved to run full speed at you and 10ft from you he would hit the breaks and he would slide the rest of the way up to you. We had nothing to hide behind just acres of open field a bucket in each hand full of grain and a whole lot of shit in our pants
After being thrown 4 feet in the air by a 500 pound Brahma bull the other day they are no joke. Gotta work them a completely different way then other beef cattle.
She'll end up in the freezer if it was up to me. I got a two year old bull named T-bone that got her same attitude. He's not making the cut this winter.
We have Sardo Negro. They are Zebu breed. They are not all bluff. They wil make you play Rodeo Clown. How fast can you run climb a fence. They will wreck your cow pen and go over a 6ft fence.
Brahman cows are extremely intelligent and if you had a couple of cattle dogs she would have gone in first time. Not sure you are such a great farmer as you have left the baling wrapping on the ground whete the cattle can ingest it and cause injury.
Only thing i don’t like bout brahmas some of them r crazy i got some I am glad they r sweet and there not mean or crazy most of them r Brangus and Barford breed and Beefmaster and mix breeds
So you may have explained this in another video before but what type of operation do yall actually have? A lot of your videos are of working cattle and there is always a large variety of breeds. Are yall doing some type of a flex backgrounding or something?
Those damn bramas are not fun. Do you guys keep one for your freezer? If so that white one that wouldn’t go would be in mine I would enjoy eating that for all the trouble it caused.
>>>I'm proud as a future farmer with great wealth through the crypto investment I engaged myself in the covid-19 session, firstly I started with fear but after my monthly trading session with Mrs. Mayor Scarlett and the huge return she helped me to covered within that month, I picked full interest and that was how my great stories started.
I'm a bull hauler but man stop that whoop shit that's gets cows jumpy I have kicked farmers/ ranchers or sale barn people away just be quiet cattle know that's all stay safe EAT BEEF
That’s when a good horse or some heeler dogs come in handy😂
Those Brahms are a crazy breed.
May be if they changed the name from the hindu gawd they are named after.

The brahma cows don't look too friendly to be around. Enjoyed the video.

The adrenaline when working with these cattle is amazing

I like the fiberglass sticks, knocked out a cow with one. Just poking is very effective, but sometimes you have to breakout the baseball swing.
Really enjoy your videos, please keep them coming!!
I don’t know how I found this video but it was so funny to watch..those cows are sketchy! 😂
Brahma Cow playing tag !! funny ... and how many times did you say Buster No !! always a good video - thank you for sharing - keep them coming Mr Cole

Please we enjoy your videos don't give up on us
Lmaooooo you caught Buster at a bad time @ 7:50 🤣🤣
Love that dog helps😂
Man I hate to see those Brahman brood cows go. I sure hope you’ll get some more. We love ours
I just found your channel and subscribed. I am enjoying it very much. Really love watching all the cattle and how they react to y'all.
A pretty good argument for using cattle dogs.
Great video. Thanks.
Some nice dance moves with the brahmas today, glad they didn't get'cha.........keep them coming 🙂
After being in the sorting pen with some of those cattle so many times, I bet youd make a helluva bullfighter 🤙🏻
Great video like always! You got some mean cows there😂
I worked the National Stock Yard Auction in Oklahoma City and several others for years. Never a dull moment. It's dirty, long hours and dangerous. It takes a special breed of people to do this kind of work, and stay in one piece. Injury and death is all to common or just plain worn out.
Sweet!! Thanks 😊
Nice little work out. Haha. Good vid!👍
Farm fun.
Nice to see a new video

That's one stubborn cow!
Got a few dogs who would love to help. Keep that rank white one in line a bit better and hopefully a bit safer for ya
Hi from Darwin Australia
Sometimes the cows are smarter than the cowboys.😉
We had a huge simmental bull, who was pretty mellow, unless there was a cow in heat or at calving. The only thing he would respect was a blue tick healer, who could control him like nothing
Looked like that one didn't want to be caught at all. Y'all do a great job with 'em. What sale do you take them to? Have a great week and keep the videos coming.
This video sums up Brahmans, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
That Brahma cow is a little high strung.
I usually worry about the bulls but cows with that kind of defensiveness...... I carry a nice pipe, something easy to grip but has a wall thickness that won't bend easily if i end up need it. Thankfully I have had little need, but you just never know.
While working cows, you’ll understand why we eat them
We had a bull we raised from a calf well once it got full grown it loved to run full speed at you and 10ft from you he would hit the breaks and he would slide the rest of the way up to you. We had nothing to hide behind just acres of open field a bucket in each hand full of grain and a whole lot of shit in our pants
I saw some of these videos on TikTok. Was wondering if you were going to post a video on UA-cam. I guess so. 😂😂😂
Tough job!
After being thrown 4 feet in the air by a 500 pound Brahma bull the other day they are no joke. Gotta work them a completely different way then other beef cattle.
She'd flip the UTV like a cup of coffee, if she had a mind to
She'll end up in the freezer if it was up to me. I got a two year old bull named T-bone that got her same attitude. He's not making the cut this winter.
Next time use white fencing tape much helpful 😊
There's always one
We have Sardo Negro. They are Zebu breed. They are not all bluff. They wil make you play Rodeo Clown. How fast can you run climb a fence. They will wreck your cow pen and go over a 6ft fence.
The brahmas are 10x worse around calving season but they produce great calves
Brahmans last about in to their teens
Hai mate...I'm from Malaysia...I like your video...some idea I'm can follow using for my cattle actually...
Shoulda brought one quiet herford back out with that single Brahma, instead of chasing her around, just getting her heart rate up.
Brahman cows are extremely intelligent and if you had a couple of cattle dogs she would have gone in first time. Not sure you are such a great farmer as you have left the baling wrapping on the ground whete the cattle can ingest it and cause injury.
u have a rad short on is why she run at you that cow hehehe
This is what my wife does every morning, she charges me as if she could catch me.
Would using a leaf lower be effective? Asking for a friend.
Dangerous work. U got them loaded
Only thing i don’t like bout brahmas some of them r crazy i got some I am glad they r sweet and there not mean or crazy most of them r Brangus and Barford breed and Beefmaster and mix breeds
You need to take her to McDonalds !
No cow is worth a trip to the emergency room.
Draft it with a rifle, anything that frisky goes, dont care how good they are, bull or cow. Luckily only had 3 or 4 over 25 years.
So you may have explained this in another video before but what type of operation do yall actually have? A lot of your videos are of working cattle and there is always a large variety of breeds. Are yall doing some type of a flex backgrounding or something?
Cow/calf operation. Beef cattle and some replacement heifers.
Can't believe people waste their time with these things still. We won't have one Brahma or Gyr on the place, just entirely not worth the hassle.
How long do you keep a cow in your herd?
Kept some of these way too long but mainly when their teeth start going downhill. Some of these Brahmas had to be around 18 or so.
Is this in Texas?
🐂👍🦅🇺🇸

thank you very much for the awareness, please I want to invest.
please how can I reach her???
share the contact let me start with $10000 as newbies and see how it goes before adding up.
Where is the whip
😂😂
No clue about Brahman. All ego and show-off instead of about the cow. She sure got you running. Wise up.
Need some horses better then side by sides faster turn around. Ride up drop rope on drag that brahma.
Don't do cruel works.
I'm a bull hauler but man stop that whoop shit that's gets cows jumpy I have kicked farmers/ ranchers or sale barn people away just be quiet cattle know that's all stay safe EAT BEEF
Are you guys rodeo clowns??
