- Surrounded by the magical Austrian Alps and shooting stars, glassblower Bernd Weinmayer crafted the glass ‘Dimensionism’ dress.
This process film by Jip Mus takes you through our journey from designing the glass samples, the sketches, the half-scale pattern making, and
the mind-blowing process of inflating the molten glass three-dimensionally.

@@bluephoenix1652 I think within the community of individuals with albinism, it's kind of taboo to call a person an albino. Many see it as a sign of disrespect. The correct and the respectful term is to say 'a person with albinism'.

That looks terrifying to wear, one deep breath and you could shatter it or it could shatter you. The model is very brave. The makers and designer are incredible technicians, Iris has an amazing capacity to see such complex structures in 3D. I very much see her work as amazing opera costumes
I know the artist who made the dress, and lady gaga was supposed to wear it in a music video, but didn't because it would've been too dangerous, so props to the model!

My goodness that dress is next level beautiful and is filled with light, movement, and grace. Glass is such an incredible medium. When it was put on to the model, her movements gave it life. She was utterly gorgeous. Her colour was magnificent and her long angular body worked so perfectly with the dress. I have never seen that model before. She was absolutely stunning!
The model is a stunning African women who suffers from albinoism, it is a rare condition for them. Nonetheless, she is stunning!
