Seen Garnacho & Mainoo improve drastically, even Dalot you can see is trying to add new facets to his game. He doesn't deserve this kind of treatment. United signed him to rebuild the team and promised him it was a long-term project, assuring him they would be patient throughout the process. However, when the Glazers announced the club's sale, it plunged him into a very unstable period. On top of that, they didn't provide him with proper upper management to work with, leaving him to handle everything on his own. Then, when the new owner came in, they stayed quiet amidst the attacks on the United manager, leaving him high and dry without any support. How can you manage when the company or club isn't backing you? Of course, players will see this as a sign that the manager is on his way out, and they're all just waiting for the season to end.
Instead of wasting time here, just go to somewhere he will have full support and build his project.
Let's start "The United Cycle" again:
New manager comes in -> buys some overpriced players -> new manager bounce and the players play well -> the manager starts making some changes -> the players cannot/don't like to play the new style -> players down tools -> sack the manager -> New manager comes in
