Also note I goofed up the food boost. It's x1.15 not what I put. (editing at 3am) whoops.

You're one of the few people that i actually enjoy watching playing video games. I've been playing since the first MH came out and i gotta say, i have yet to meet someone that plays as good as you. Keep them videos coming, looking forward to watching 'em.

Akantor is always so well behaved for you. It always gives me trouble and is generally unimpressed when I shoot it in the head.
Apex what would be a good monster to practice doing siege mode adept dodges out of? I'm struggling to do them in siege and I need to practice the timing.

Nice video! I just started getting into the series and trying to learn how to use HBG more effectively. Love blasting the monster's face with bullets or shots. I wish they would give some costumes though, some armours looks really bad and worse if you are mixing parts from different sets. Currently waiting for MH World, that game looks absolutely stunning.

i honestly cant wait to fight Akantor. it seems like a fun/Difficult fight.
he's intimating at first but after a while he's pretty easy.
Use a team of metroid LBG's to cheese him
Apex Gaming lol. I'll keep that in mind if he gets too tough. i honestly plan on taking it on by myself.
Gunners are the safer bet against him in general; it was that way in 4U as well. A nice normal 2, pierce 2, or a Dragon element Bow work wonders against him.

I don't know if it's you that makes this Akantor so easy or it's just MHGen being too easy. Man, I miss MH Freedom Unite's difficulty.
MHFU is not difficult if you exclude the terrible hitboxes and bad A.I difficult, but to answer your question HBG makes akantor a pushover
Apex Gaming I agree about the shitty hitboxes but thats what makes it interesting than these new MH games, I mean you counter it with being able to evade the monsters by your own skill and sense of judgement. Even now I still play Freedom Unite(ppsspp emulator).. I am enjoying it more than 4U and MHGen.
