I form an LLC or S Corp for every business I start. Separate finances every time. The reason I form S-corps is because although the annual fees are higher, you can pay your officer(s) a reasonable salary, and have less of a tax burden at tax time. Draw a smaller income than the total profit of that business - why pay the fed a cent more than necessary? So they can build a bridge in rural Idaho or pay for missiles?
