5 weeks ago I had cancer removed from the right side of head they had to shave the whole right side. My hair color is natural Platinum but the problem I have is my hair has not been cut in years and it comes down past my waist. I cried for days. I just bought my first wig. I am so green when it comes to wigs but I’m searching everything I can to learn about wigs and hair pieces. You may say why don’t you cut or shave it all off…because of my religious beliefs I haven’t cut it in years. Thank you sooooo very much for this video I’m learning a lot. 2. I absolutely love Rachel Welch fibers, especially the heat friendly. I'm a solid petite and wish she had more heat friendly fiber choices in petite. To me, her Shaded Biscuit is the most beautiful ash balanced blonde of all the brands out there.

Thank you for sharing your story, I also have Crohn’s and my hair is so thin and gets worse every year. I think it’s a combination of all the drugs I’ve had to take for it over the years, and not always getting the nutrients I need from food because of the Crohn’s. I started wearing wigs last year because nothing I tried to improve my hair helped. I love my wigs now, they are so easy to put on and go, and just fun with all the styles and colors. I love Raquel Welch wigs, such beautiful fibers and hairlines, and great colors to choose from. The two you showed here were gorgeous on you, but maybe a little too much hair for me. I’m getting better, but it takes time to get used to having so much hair after not ever having it.

New to wigs. I turned 50 last year and I think it’s peri-menopause plus genetics that have caused my hair loss. I haven’t actually been brave enough to wear one outside of the house yet….but I’m getting close! I’ve been binging your videos and they have been so helpful! I'm 79 and can't raise my arms up for very long because of arthritis, therefore fixing my hair is very difficult and painful...it looks like my alternative would be to start wearing wigs...since I don’t drive, going to a stylist is just about impossible. Looking forward to trying a wig soon...

Same… shaded wheat was my first color and I didn’t like it. So I started buying shaded biscuit, burnt biscuit, basically anything biscuit burnt or blonde lol but…. Like you, I think I was mistaken and shaded wheat might be my jam (as you say lol😉) bc I’m thinking of giving it another try🤷🏼♀️

Ty for video... My question is about caps.. At cancer center I was given a wig.. I wear stocking on my head but the cap seems to hurt/scratch my scalp after only a few hours also along my forehead is this... Usual?

Selfie Mode is a little heavy. Need some layers. AND Does anyone know the wigs that have the updated mono top that extends really far back off the crown? I can’t remember which wigs they put out last year that have this new feature but want to find them. All the new wigs should be doing this to prevent the back of wig from shooting up and out off the back of your head where the mono ends and the wefting starts. It doesn’t look natural or good. This bump off gives even more of an already downward slope towards your forehead. I don’t like the slope from my hairline up to a cone head 😂 Most all of us need the opposite effect. If it’s going to slope - slope it so the highest end is our hairline. this will help with flop on our face fibers and the wig not being to overwhelming (less wiggy if not so big at top/back off our heads). Come on. They figured it out and have done it. Why put outdated features on new wigs? 🤔 We need to purchase the wigs that have this updated feature…then they will put the extra 2” back to the curve down over crown.
Same with temple to temple lace. They would still only be putting lace 3” across top forehead if kept accepting it. We said, “Take the lace to the ear taps!” We will only buy the wigs that do. Then they comply. This bumb off the back of head is unacceptable- they know how to fix it and have.
New to wigs. cancer has robbed me of my hair. Just looking for something affordable. Tampa, Florida.
