How do you end the other two colors?

Want to start some fall blankets. And I want to do the Santa blanket. Do you think you could do a blanket with design of pumpkin in middle. No one has done it and I want to do it! 😂❤

Or even a hidden pumpkin like instead of changing the color u do different stitch to male the pumpkin pop like 3D. I see it in my head I just don't know if I can do it
