There was one in LA a few years ago and the cops just gave up. This was after all the cop cars were just left in it's dust. They asked the only chopper in the area reporting traffic to try to keep up and report it's position. But even with the helicopter maxing out it's air speed, the car just got further and further away. When the camera zoom was maxed, the car was just a red dot. Chopper had to return to home base to refuel.
You people ever think that maybe just maybe, that car might be stolen? Ya sure they can show up at the address the car is registered to, only to find a very upset man. He's pissed cause they stole his Charger, I know criminals are stupid, but c'mon they can't be that stupid as to go their house, IF that is actually his car. 🍻☮️🇨🇦
The cop was following him for quite awhile, so I'm sure the driver of the Hellcat was well aware that the cop was running the plate, so that's what leads me to believe the car is stolen, nobody is that stupid...... Are they?? 🍻☮️🇨🇦
Even if they did, he was in pursuit of a High Speed Vehicle on the highway, other cars can look into those off ramps, and until he got a "we got him" the vehicle was still on the highway doing 140-160mph. Am I the only one who noticed the hellcat dip off the first exit after he broke line of sight you can see the tail lights light up as he speeds down the exit
If the officer is doing 130mph and the challenger is doing 160mph: every 1 minute, the Challenger gains half a mile on the patrol car. In this 6 minute chase, the challenger could easily be 3 miles ahead of him, or more depending on how much he tested then limits.
Honestly since the introduction to the Hellcat back in 2015. You should know what they're all about as soon as you hear the wide open throttle start picking up. It's something we will always remember for many years. 1:52
I reckon the Hellcat pulled off at the exit, time stamp 2:59. That's what I would have done. "Headquarters, we are still in pursuit of the Red Challenger". "Car 42, you've been in pursuit for 2 hours, another 5 minutes and you'll be in Arizona!" "Yeah,.... and we're gonna stay in pursuit until we catch him!" If this trooper is 20 something and brand new, he may care. But, any cop with more than 10 minutes on the job doesn't feel any humiliation over this garbage. The vehicle we drive on duty is issued to us, it isn't something we built ourself in the garage. So, it performs however it performs. If someone has a faster car and speeds away, good for them. There are plenty of other drivers that don't. It's that simple. There isn't a vehicle on the planet that can outrun a warrant and radio. No need to care about horse power.
While that cop was cruising around at 130 mph the Dodge driver was able to make it home park the car in the garage go in the house change into his PJs and enjoying a Netflix movie with some popcorn laying on the couch.

All police did is escalate and cause a dangerous situation driving 130mph putting other drivers at risk. Challenger was minding their business going 80 on highway. Cop is lucky he didn't cause an accident.
Depending on the jurisdiction or state, troopers are prohibited from engaging in high speed pursuits over a certain MPH and are told to break it off. I remember back in the day when some LE agencies were able to purchase special high speed pursuit interceptors.
Just some cool advice from your uncle Al! Get you a matte color paint job, get you a toggle switch to delete the rear lights, break lights give your vic away on a chase, that way when you do exit, your vic is never seen exiting! You're welcome! 😅

Look like homie got off at the 2:58 mark. The lights came on last minute! 😂😂😂
Lights were already on if you look closely. they just got brighter when he braked.
LOL, Shane was chasin the wind on that one!
He was pissing i to it it came back and splashed his face.
If Shane were observant at all, he'd have seen the Hellcat's tail lights when it exited the interstate serveral miles back.
I'd like to see if there's a follow up video where they show up at the guys house because they sure as hell ain't catching his ass on the highway!
99% of the time they dont go to the ppls houses lol no face no case.... most DAs wont even prosecute these cases SPECIALLY with a video like this with no face and possible stolen tags...wont even match the car to the right house if the tags r stolen or made up bro lolol
@@KingRen420 Thats 100% Bullshit I've seen the Video where they GO to the Home of the Owner of the registered Vehicle and START whats called a Investigation(Duh) before any Arrest is made...use your brain....
They (ASP) have a way to pull cell phone records and pin point locations at precise times and BINGO-
@@quiltcavequilter6952 LMAOOOO no they dont...my buddy is ASP. They dont have FEDERAL rights..they are cops dude. Dream on idiot lol
@@KingRen420 theres a lot of police videos with them showing up to the perps house
The smile on that guys face had to have been huge watching that cop go over the overpass while he was off on the exit ramp lol. Was definitely him braking hard at around the 3:00
I noticed that. Typical.
4:50 that’s why this unmarked trooper was wondering why he didn’t fly passed him!
yup😂😂
That boy at home laying on his bed scrolling through TikTok
That boy jumped over 160 quick
Hooray for people aimlessly driving in the left lane!!!!!
Oh bonus they jam on the brakes as they slowly drift to the right to get out of the way of the flashing lights.
Hooray for f'ing idiots blowing past them at 180 mph on the right for funsies. Yee-haw!
Dude used his red key today.
Trooper was peddling his bicycle as hard as he could.
Until you get faster highway patrol cars, you're only wasting fuel .
Lol it won’t matter. 2001 gsxr 1000 will walk a Bugatti. As long as there’s bikes. It’s a wrap
Faster patrol cars will only result in innocent lives lost. Justice for Laney.
Bruh turn those lights and noise off and go home, whoever it is they at home cooking bacon 😂
Smoked the pigs 2x in one night
@@foomfoom94 😂👊🏽
There was one in LA a few years ago and the cops just gave up. This was after all the cop cars were just left in it's dust. They asked the only chopper in the area reporting traffic to try to keep up and report it's position. But even with the helicopter maxing out it's air speed, the car just got further and further away. When the camera zoom was maxed, the car was just a red dot. Chopper had to return to home base to refuel.
They caught the driver of that white Hellcat..........he ran OUT OF GAS and bailed into a farm field!
Dude was home watching a movie by the time this chase ended. Damn😵💫
You have the license number, go wait for them at their driveway
thats too sensible
Boring 🤣
Instead they waste money and time, and also can cause a accident themselves
You people ever think that maybe just maybe, that car might be stolen? Ya sure they can show up at the address the car is registered to, only to find a very upset man. He's pissed cause they stole his Charger, I know criminals are stupid, but c'mon they can't be that stupid as to go their house, IF that is actually his car. 🍻☮️🇨🇦
The cop was following him for quite awhile, so I'm sure the driver of the Hellcat was well aware that the cop was running the plate, so that's what leads me to believe the car is stolen, nobody is that stupid...... Are they?? 🍻☮️🇨🇦
"Im goin 130, he's goin a little faster than that"
*Hellcat shrinking into the distance in seconds*
Yeah a little faster than that I'd say.
All those exits they passed well after the Dodge, you know they took one off.
Even if they did, he was in pursuit of a High Speed Vehicle on the highway, other cars can look into those off ramps, and until he got a "we got him" the vehicle was still on the highway doing 140-160mph. And that is a pursuit car, he blew past the regular cop car 2min in, he is the guy chasing him down anyways.
@@streamofconsciousness5826 In a 130 limited car? No he's not lol
@@zalcan3620 the Charger is the suspect doing 140 -160, his car was not Limited, (it's 130 btw) and he was not slowing down after losing the cops.. He still had to worry about a copter/plane catching him.
Yeah those stock challenger scats and chargers scats get up to 175 stock so he was moving
@@streamofconsciousness5826 No he wasn't he got off at the first exit LOL you can see him braking no amount of copters they call in is going to help they will be looking in the wrong area 50+ miles away Lol
Legend has it this trooper continued all the way to the North Pole and out of pure shame of not being able to catch the Challenger Hellcat, he now works for Santa Claus as an elf.
the legend contradicts the gps data, which suggests they were headed for florida. i'm guessing he is hiding out at mar a lago in a secure storage area.
@@billmcgahey1926 Oops, didn't quite catch that. I feel lie a fool now. But you're right, if he was headed towards Florida, more than likely he turned in his badge out of pure shame and now works at Disneyworld in Orlando selling corndogs. Hahahahahahaha!!!
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😂
That's about the intelligence of some officers. They're like monkeys on a mission and can't use their brains.
He has to work with Buddy the elf LOL
At around the 3:00 point, if you look to the far right where there is an off ramp to the freeway, it looks like the break lights to the hellcat. He ditched them and that's how he vanished. 😄
Am I the only one who noticed the hellcat dip off the first exit after he broke line of sight you can see the tail lights light up as he speeds down the exit
I noticed it. So I posted my comment saying the 3 minute mark and then proceeded to read the comments. You and some others also noticed it.
Yeah I saw that too and laughed just like the dude in the car did.!
That is exactly what happened too.... Wow.
Nope caught it right away!!! That was toooooo funny!
3:00 Min in the Fast car exits…..
That dude checked out in a hurry. ASP may want to invest in vehicles that can keep up.
The Trooper needs to take out a HUGE life insurance policy at once! He has a life expectancy of a week!🙄
Sure. Nice and straight road. So dangerous 😆
That HEIICAT driver right now is brushing his teeth and getting ready for bed.😁😁
I just watched an ASP solo 130mph test run.
If the officer is doing 130mph and the challenger is doing 160mph: every 1 minute, the Challenger gains half a mile on the patrol car. In this 6 minute chase, the challenger could easily be 3 miles ahead of him, or more depending on how much he tested then limits.
My friend hellcat needs just less than 1 min then first or secound exit bye bye
Honestly since the introduction to the Hellcat back in 2015. You should know what they're all about as soon as you hear the wide open throttle start picking up. It's something we will always remember for many years. 1:52
Nailed it.... 1:52 precisely.... man I love that power!!!😉
With my Hellcat the active exhaust opens up under hard throttle even in street mode. Almost loud enough to drown out that beautiful blower whine!
@@rediscoveringamerica3003 I did not know that, I can't wait to obtain a hellcat!
I reckon the Hellcat pulled off at the exit, time stamp 2:59. That's what I would have done.
"Headquarters, we are still in pursuit of the Red Challenger".
"Car 42, you've been in pursuit for 2 hours, another 5 minutes and you'll be in Arizona!"
"Yeah,.... and we're gonna stay in pursuit until we catch him!"
"It didn't take us that long to catch Dillinger!"
Car 42 last seen crossing the US/Canada border. 😆
yup, you could see the car braking hard on the off ramp. the cop just missed it.
lmaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
The best thing is that with that much of flashlight you could always tell where or how far away the cops are.
You right
The massive ego of a cop to chase a car capable of doing 199mph from the factory in a car that's governed at 130mph.
@@Bryan-Hensley There's no such law. The 150 is what the manufacturers have volunteered to do to some cars but not all cars are governed.

I really think he took that first exit on the right after the flat bend.
Most definitely did😂👌🏿
Salute the Getaway Driver 💯🫡🗺️
u are such a loser lmao, look at all that content you upload that literally nobody watches. hey are ur parents dead too?
He may as well be on a bicycle There is no way These cop cars can come close to catching a hellcat
You guys better come up with more than 130 mph or this kind of humiliation is going to happen often.
Or just stop harassing motorists for no good reason. That would have prevented this chase entirely.
They should be hitting 150 minimum and experienced police veterans should have vehicles that can handle 170-200. High powered cars are hitting 150 to 170 stock. Police need another update to their vehicles if they want to catch us 😌
@@ronzerker390 No agency is going to take on the cost of that liability. And no veteran officer cares to waste their time on this bullshit. Like others have said, we grab the tag, get a driver description to confirm identity, and then light it up. If it flees, grab the driver later.
@@JoeOvercoat Or just stop being a dumbass and breaking the law. The. You won't have to feel harrassed for "no good reason." Criminals never feel that there is a good reason to be stopped.
If this trooper is 20 something and brand new, he may care.
So...another example of LEO taking a non hazardous situation and turning it into a VERY hazardous situation. Good work!!
Yeah! Thank YOU for your "service"! lol
While that cop was cruising around at 130 mph the Dodge driver was able to make it home park the car in the garage go in the house change into his PJs and enjoying a Netflix movie with some popcorn laying on the couch.
Arkansas: Challenger sales are high and state troopers get plenty of high speed pursuit experience.
LOL! I was with my dad when he did this same thing to a trooper back in the mid 80s. We were in my dad's custom ordered 74 Charger with a stage 3 big block 400 Magnum on Interstate 67/167 heading north from exit 35. Never seen my dad grin so big in my life before or since. 😅
Sounds like a criminal example. Dodge has always been the crappiest
Given the model and color, it's not like it'd be hard to track down...
Shake And Bake Baby! Shake And Bake! lol. He was gone!
All police did is escalate and cause a dangerous situation driving 130mph putting other drivers at risk. Challenger was minding their business going 80 on highway. Cop is lucky he didn't cause an accident.
I’m impressed with the Hellcat now😳
Depending on the jurisdiction or state, troopers are prohibited from engaging in high speed pursuits over a certain MPH and are told to break it off. I remember back in the day when some LE agencies were able to purchase special high speed pursuit interceptors.
Arkansas has the most slack chase laws in the States. The have killed numerous innocent drivers during chases and pit moves.
@@christhomas1102 FYI, Arkansas has TOTAL INDEMNITY against wrongful death or injury, Troopers can play God!
like in Mad Max
The State of Indiana has Jeep SRT 8's on the toll road! I bet they can do more than 130 mph. 🤣🤣🤣
In SC we had Notchback Mustangs back in the day that were stupid fast for the 90's. Because of BMW, we had a few BMW M5 Troopers as well.
Just some cool advice from your uncle Al! Get you a matte color paint job, get you a toggle switch to delete the rear lights, break lights give your vic away on a chase, that way when you do exit, your vic is never seen exiting! You're welcome! 😅
The Troop just wanted to saw how fast his really goes. Lol 😆 🤣 😂
"Where'd he go?"
"Where'd who go?"
LOL !! 🚔🙃
The trooper took the opportunity and wanted to have a reason to speed, he was bored and also though the guy was going to loose control and was going to catch up to him and yell at him and tell him you shouldn’t never run from the police 😂
"LOOSE" control ?? Did you mean "lose" control or are you just stupid ?.
its why they sign up for the job...it aint the pay!
Yeah I saw where he got off the freeway and Saw Sp just ride on by.
What Hellcat? I din see no hellcat! 😆
The General Lee took off so fast the flag and numbers fell off.
Feel bad for the next Orange Challenger that trooper sees
Absolutely, there will be a ticket, just need to figure out what for after pulling them over.
And whomever is making payments on a POS that won't last 100,000 miles
It Is So Funny. The HellCat Brake light System Is Very Unique In Shape. If One were To Look At The First Exit Around The Curve That He Disappeared. You Can See This Vehicle Slowing Down On The Exit Ramp... Trooper Chased His Own Ass And Stressed Other Drivers For Miles! Maybe He Needs A Bit More Awareness Training.!. 🤣🤣🤣
