What I learned in the Grocery store Business you see so many different ways is a great experience because everyone has a different way to do things until you teach and learn certain strategies.
The structure is the key to breaking down your day it’s a blast when all the big tasks get done and everything flows in an easy way. Always would have a to do list in the grocery store for assignments for the next day if I was getting a distributor on 20 bins of watermelon it’s a staff strategy to make sure they know where to put all the pallets on the store floor asking DM to utilities the space in the store..
Thank you Dan for pointing a couple pointers that were Awesome the key in the starting your staff who is the prime person to make people run you big projects to your assistance which is what makes your free your time up and it makes your day run smooth as I use to do in grocery store was to the hardest task first with my staff was always my priority .
OMG...the giving tree that becomes a stump!(38:00...then, you know what happens, your spouse leaves the relationship because you gave without wisdom and failed to develop yourself!! This is such great , advice guys!

This interview might be called buying back your interview because I can’t tell who’s being interviewed these guys bug me with this stuff where they always bring these people on and then they talked instead of letting the person talk who they are supposed to be interviewing. It’s like let’s bring this guy on so I can tell him how smart I am about his book.
It's easy to be very picky when you realise when you work for somebody, you are actually selling part of your life. Then you won't accept any low hanging fruits.
