As an attorney, her first job is go and talk to an immigration attorney to discuss marriage fraud. She can claim she is a victim of marriage fraud and tried to get an annulment and see if that will work. With an annulment or divorce, you can then take the certified copy of the decree to the immigration office and explained the entire situation or through an immigration attorney, and hopefully the government will revoke his green card and his status.

To sum up: Ur Mom got herself into this mess, realized what she signed up for and signed up for even more. So why are u even calling in? Tell ur Mom to go get an attorney and wish her the vest on her journey

In this case is obvious, since she has a case with immigration she can
contact immigration to let them know that this man defraud her and
have him deported. I have no sympathy for malintent people that
take advantage and manipulate.
