My 2021 Telluride EX infotainment screen doesn't look like yours with the "MENU" in the upper left corner. I can't find a way to add those widgets to my screen either. Am I missing something?
Thanks for the question. The standard infotainment screen for the EX trim level is the 8 “ screen, this was the optional 10.25” screen. I’m guessing you have the 8” screen. Thanks for watching!

I have the Kia Telluride S 2021. I can’t see any navigation on my screen?
Thanks for the question. Navigation was an option at certain trim levels. It is possible you do not have built in navigation. However, using either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, you can use any navigation app from your phone and display and control it from your vehicles infotainment screen. Thanks for watching!
My Apple CarPlay is saying that I have to purchase it, is this an error?
Thanks for the question. Yes that would be an error. You either have free Apple CarPlay or none, there is never an option to buy it
How do I set the volume on my 2022 Kia Telluride ? I set it by going to sound, connected devices, set it all to 10 then it goes right back and people can hear themselves speak.
So frustrating. I need help with keeping it set and locked in.
Thanks for the question. Ok since that method did not work try this (I’m assuming your talking about the call volume on your phone- like as in when you’re talking to someone on the phone). While the conversation is happening adjust the normal volume control you use for the radio. Typically in modern cars you can adjust the volume of any connected device, even voice guidance in navigation if you turn the main volume knob while their speaking.
